“Rickey was attentive and great with my dog! He was communicative, asked any questions he needed if something wasn’t clear, and Bobbi Jo was well cared for when we got back!”

About: Hello! My name is Heidi and I'm a social worker. I am 33 and live in East Austin. I am a dog person and cat mom (don't tell on me!). Please let me know if you have any questions about me! I can't wait to meet you. I have always loved dogs, but it wasn't until sophomore year of high school that my parents finally gave in to my incessant requests for a puppy. We raised Copper, a Catahoula/lab mix, from 8 weeks old. We took turns sleeping with him, potty trained him, walked him and taught him tricks. Copper is sadly no longer with us, but I loved raising him and watching him grow. I currently live in a housing cooperative with 12 human housemates, 3 dogs, 5 cats, and 5 hens. I have helped care for many present and past roommates' cats and dogs while they were out of town. I am not a trained animal behaviorist, but am happy to reinforce any training needs. I have limited experience administering medication to pets. I am currently between jobs and my schedule is wide open. My only unavailable time is Monday evenings between 7pm-9pm. I have a reliable car with current insurance. I require a meet and greet for all new clients, with rare exceptions for emergencies. This ensures safety and comfort both for your pet and for myself. Health and safety are a priority to me. I am happy to wear a mask in your home if you prefer. I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have gotten regular boosters. I grew up in a shoes-off home and will happily respect your choice regarding shoes. If your dog is comfortable in cars, I'm happy to take them to a fenced bark park to play. I do not handle dogs off-leash in unfenced areas.
“Mariia has cared for our pets several times. She takes great care of our two cats and dog, she's always super-responsive and is fantastic about communicating what's happening with our furry friends while we're away. We highly recommend Mariia!”

“Thank you! I saw your question on the tricks. I would love to teach her how to shake. I have tried a few times but it hasn’t caught on. Open to other ideas too. I am also open to ordering any toys you think would be good for her. I got one of those dog feeder snuffle mats but not something you can use when you just drop in!”

“I really trust and like Jessica for watching over our kitties and home. She has watched over them numerous times and helped us out last minute when we really needed it. Our kitties are always content when we get home after their time with her”
“We were so happy we chose Allie to watch our cat! We had her check in for 30 minutes daily for 10 days. Allie was a great communicator and made us so happy with her updates and photos! We looked forward to the check ins every day. She made a wonderful daily routine for our cat that made us feel so much better about leaving him for an extended time. I would highly recommend Allie for your cat sitting needs and I will definitely be using Allie again in the future.”

About: I have pet sit for friends and family members for years now, so there’s truly nothing I haven’t seen. I always treat the pets I’m taking care of as if they were my own (I grew up with dogs and have 2 cats atm and they’re my babies). If your pet has a special request/need, I’m happy to accommodate and give them the best experience possible! I’m currently in grad school pursuing two degrees, one in public health and the other in public affairs. As you may assume, school and studying take up a lot of my time (but never too much for your pet). I have a fairly flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate your pets needs and provide them with the individualized care they deserve! While I’m not able to keep your pet at my home, I can do you one better and turn their own into a mini vacation! Luxurious morning walks at the park?✅ Homemade meals based on dietary preference?✅ Screenings of YouTube tv for dogs/cats?✅ and more!
“Willow was fantastic! Both of my kitties immediately liked her and felt comfortable with her! That’s really all I can ask for but she also followed my feeding instructions to a T, and was very respectful of my space- even cleaned their food bowls for me before she left on her last visit! I will definitely be a repeat client 😄”

About: I'm an animal lover with a lifetime of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, farm animals and even kangaroos! At home, I care for my own two rescue dogs (70lbs and 80lbs), including one who is reactive, so I completely understand patient, calm handling and reading animal body language. I am well versed in positive reinforcement training and balanced training. Dog training is a big hobby of mine and it’s something I’m passionate about! With my reactive dog, Crew, we play a lot of games in the back yard and short training sessions, along with treadmill walks. We also go to Sniffspots every weekend where he can run off leash. My other dog Ivy is not reactive so we do neighborhood walks, off leash hikes, and Sniffspots. A little about me: I have 12+ years in House Management and Personal Assistance. I was recently laid off, so it’s time to get to work! I was recently laid off so my schedule is wide open. I exercise my dogs early in the morning, so after that I am free! If your dog is unable to walk safely in the neighborhood I have all kinds of games we can play. My dogs’ favorite game is “find it” where I hide treats and they go find them, lol. It’s fun, and it gets their brain and body moving!
“I always appreciate Raven’s flexibility whenever I need to adjust or add to the cats’ check-in routine. She’s incredibly communicative, which gives me so much peace of mind, especially since one of my cats has ongoing health issues. She handles my sick kitty’s messes without complaint, keeps me updated, and always makes sure both cats get plenty of love, attention, and pets. I know they’re in great hands whenever she’s caring for them.”

“Nina was a wonderful sitter for my kitty, (also named) Nina! She made time to meet us beforehand and clearly had experience with cats :) she brought over calming energy and sent sweet photos of lap time snuggles. I was grateful for her and would easily recommend and rebook her again! thanks Nina ✨”

About: I've grown up around animals and have taken care of them since a young age. I plan on going farther then the basic care of animals and making it my career. I want to dedicate my life to animals rather than just helping every once in a while as a favor. I’ve also babysat for my friends and family members animals and volunteered at animal clinics. Each animal has taught me something new, which only strengthens my desire to become a vet. I just moved to Austin and love animals with a passion to go to vet school. While my husband is doing his MBA, I have time to dedicate to animal care. I offer personalized pet care services right at your doorstep, available as many times as you need. Whether it's walking your animals, cleaning litter boxes, or simply playing with them, I’m here to help. I’m also comfortable giving medications if your pets require any special care. Plus, I can pick up prescriptions or food if needed. Just let me know how I can help, and I’ll make sure your pets receive the love and attention they deserve!
“Megan was wonderful. She was very accommodating and I got daily updates from her. I will definitely be using Megan again. I never like having to leave my pups behind when I travel and she was able to put me at ease the whole time.”
“Whitney really is one of the best for dog services she knows how to walk well and gets along with your pet immediately also very mild-mannered and relaxing to work with”

About: I've had dogs and animals all my life and have worked with multiple dog trainers (really training me not the dog :)) I have dog seatbelts if needed to take to vet appointments and safety and comfortability is always my first priority for your pup! I believe in schedules and keeping your dog son/daughter on a routine, including dog parks, runs, and anything else she/he's used to! I'm available during the week and I typically only leave to run errands. Again, I treat your dog/cat like they were my own which is typically spoiled with treats, cuddles, and positive reinforcement! I work from home so I’m home all day and my dog, Leon, is always excited to greet other pups! He sleeps in the bed with me and completely open to having other pets sleep with me! I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space, a home alarm system, and tons of security and treats! Dogs are my first priority and making sure your pup is comfortable.
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 10 years of professional pet care experience. I worked for a local pet care business in my hometown of Atlanta, caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities—from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra TLC. Since I don’t currently have pets of my own, I love any opportunity to spend time with furry friends and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work primarily from home (I’m only in the office on Wednesdays, and even then my schedule is flexible), which means I can provide plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I’m available for both daytime care and overnight stays. If your dog has lots of energy, even better! I’m an avid runner and would be happy to take active pups on runs in addition to regular walks to help them stay happy and exercised. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll care for yours as if they were my own. I can’t wait to meet you and your four-legged family member! I work mostly remotely so I can house sit or stop by for long walks, feedings, etc. My schedule is flexible most days of the week. I typically prefer caring for pets in their own home because I believe animals are happiest and most comfortable in their familiar environment. I make it a priority to stick to your pet’s normal routine—from feeding schedules and walks to playtime and bedtime—so they experience as little disruption as possible while you’re away. That said, if your dog is comfortable with apartment living, I’m also happy to welcome them into my home! I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and care, just as they would in their own space.
“Basil has had excellent care every time. I am very comfortable with leaving him with Isabel and Sophia. I have used Rover several times and by far, these girls are the best. My Basil loves them.”

“He is so patient with my reactive baby! I’m grateful he was available to take on our weekly visits, and Rash loves him already. I never saw her give kisses to someone that quickly but she licked him right in the face at our meet and greet!”

“Vanessa is wonderful with our cats and doggie! She is so sweet with them. She's one of the few dog sitters that our little Pom trusts! Yay! Thank you Vanessa! And thank you for being so willing to help out even at the last moment!”

Anna is the best! She’s watched cinnamon multiple times for me now. Cinny is not easy and she goes above and beyond giving her the best care while I’m away. She is always responsive, and I can tell cinnamon is having a great time in all the photos. Could not recommend Anna more!

Lucia was very thoughtful and kind, she did a great job walking and checking up on my dog max! He’s very old and has a lot of health issues, I usually have a hard time finding a willing sitter. Lucia met all of his needs with great care and attention. 5 stars and will definitely book again.
We needed someone last minute for morning drop-ins for our 2 puppers while we were out of town, and Madison was absolutely amazing!! Communication was on point, and we could really tell from the daily photos that the boys were absolutely LOVING their visits and walks. As someone who is fairly particular… I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend Madison. 10/10. Five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment.
