I know that trusting someone else with your pet isn't easy. You want to know they're safe, comfortable, and actually happy while you're gone, not just fed and let outside. That's what I'm here for. My own dog Carter is a show dog who's extremely well-trained, so I understand what it takes to work with pets who need structure and real attention, but I also know every pet has their own personality. I take the time to learn what makes your pet feel secure, whether they're high-energy, shy, anxious, or a little sassy, so they get care that actually fits them. You'll get consistent updates, cute photos, and real communication throughout, so you're never left wondering how things are going. No radio silence, no guessing. My goal is simple: for you to feel completely at ease, and for your pet to be happy, relaxed, and loved like they're my own. Pet care fits around my class schedule, not the other way around. As a student, I build my availability week to week based on my classes, so I know exactly which days and time blocks I have open before I commit to anything. That means when I take on a booking, you're getting someone who's actually free and attentive during that time, not squeezing your pet in between other commitments. For daily visits or walks, I plan them around gaps in my school day, mornings before class, afternoons between classes, or evenings once I'm done. For overnight or longer stays, I look at my schedule in advance to make sure I'm not double-booking myself during exam weeks or heavier academic periods, so your pet always gets consistent, reliable care without last-minute cancellations. I'm upfront if a week doesn't work well for a certain type of booking. I'd rather tell you that ahead of time than commit to something I can't fully show up for. When I'm caring for pets in your home, I keep to your routine as closely as possible, feeding schedules, walk times, medications, whatever your pet is used to. Consistency matters a lot for how comfortable an animal feels when their owner is gone, so I don't try to change things up. I do a full walkthrough at the meet and greet so I know exits, any hazards, and where everything I'd need is kept. I lock up properly every time I leave and treat your space like I'd want mine treated. When pets come to my home, they're in a secure, pet-proofed space with no loose hazards, toxic plants, or unsecured chemicals. My own dog Carter is a show dog with extensive training, so he's calm, well-socialized, and good with other animals, but I still do a slow, supervised introduction with any new pet before leaving them together unsupervised. If a pet isn't a good fit to be around Carter, I keep them separated and give them their own space instead of forcing it. Across both settings, I'm big on real-time communication. You'll get updates and photos throughout the stay or visit, so you always know your pet is safe and being looked after, not just guessing.

About: If I could live on a farm with a billion different animals I would. I can assure you that no harm will come to your furbabies while they remain in my care. I’m a big pet person and I enjoy being a rover sitter very much. If your pets are able we can always go on a car ride, visit a park or just grab a pup cup/ice cream. He has kidney disease so we ask Deanna if she could give him fluid IV injections which is a bit of a process and she has no hesitation and provided him the fluids on the days asked. I loved her check-ins and notes. I could tell Tramp was in such great hands and loved as much as us. In fact, I feel Tramp was even in a better condition than when we left which I know was due to Deanna’s excellent care. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to stop by and play with your pets! I make my own schedule, so anytime works for me. Your pet's health is of the utmost importance to me, because of that I ask that any specific needs be written down. About: Hi I’m Michayla! I’m 28 and live in central Austin. I have spent much of my time in my childhood, teen years and adulthood, looking after various types of dogs. Growing up I had a Chihuahua mix, a large lab, a great Dane and French bulldog. I have a lot of experience with keeping a timely schedule for walks, feeding times and medication intake. I currently do not have any pets so I have a lot of availability to accommodate your pets needs. I only work part time in the evenings (4pm-11pm). I work exclusively in the evening at a restaurant that only does dinner service, so I have plenty of time to take your little one on long walks if need. I live in a neighborhood lots of outdoor spaces and pet friendly shops! I have a pet friendly apartment. I am also very time oriented so your little one will always be fed or given medication at the exact time they need to be.

About: I was raised home where my parents operated a non-profit dog rescue, so I've been around dogs of all sizes, ages, temperaments, and breeds my entire life. And leash your pets so that we can take a stroll in and around our safe dog park when it’s time to stretch their legs when need.

About: I have been in the veterinary field for 10+ years working for a non profit organization. I have been house and dog sitting for the past 10 years on the side for mostly the same clients. I send daily pictures and updates, and hardly leave the house when I'm sitting unless otherwise specified or asked. I want to keep you and your fur babies as comfortable as possible. I am able to administer any kind of medication needed such as oral, injectables, or even special ointments. I can help with any special needs, and am always aware of schedules for feedings and any special diets. Early morning walks or late night potty breaks are not a problem and I am available for whatever may come up. I work mostly from home with the occasional day or two in office which means I would be able to provide the most care and attention. During the week, M-F, I typically only provide sitting but may have an occasional drop in. I follow all rules and will never have guests over, unless otherwise specified, to ensure your pets are comfortable in their own home. I am very cautious with pets when going on walks.

About: Dogs love me, and I love dogs. I've practically had dogs as pets my entire life. I volunteer at SAPA (San Antonio Pets Alive) to help the needy dogs, as well as donate money and food to local shelters. I basically love pets... dogs AND cats. I go to my parent's house often, and take their dogs for walks... one of which my parents recently rescued. The other has diabetes and is getting very old for a dog. I also used to live with my brother for 2 years, and he had two pit bulls (excellent dogs, by the way)... along with a Jack Russell Terrior. My brother passed away though, less than 3 years ago, and having to give those dogs to another family was absolutely heartbreaking. I still keep up, though, to make sure they're doing fine. I'm having trouble getting in touch with the family, though, and it really worries me...

About: My family has had animals my whole life. Besides being the sibling most responsible for the animals (both dogs and cats), I also would walk and sit for my neighbors dogs as well. Now that I’m an adult, I still have and care for my own animals and would love to help you with yours when you need an extra hand. I work days during the week and have weekends free to help with your animals when you’re out of town. I can also do some evenings if you’re planning a date night or out of town for work. I have two dogs and two cats. Rather than shock your pet at my home, I’d prefer to come to you and care for them as you see fit. I can walk, play, and feed them.
