“Kinzi is refreshingly professional and dependable. She was thorough during our initial meeting which provided peace of mind while we were gone. Looking forward to hiring her again in the near future!”

“Lynn was absolutely awesome with our dog Kingsley! She made sure he was taken care of and happy and even gave him extra cuddles during the cold weather days! We could tell from the picture updates how happy he was to spend time with her! We look forward to future visits with her!”

“Melissa was WONDERFUL!!! She was looking in on our two cats while we were gone and always sent pictures and told us what was going on at each visit. It made us feel so much better about leaving them for such a long period of time. Will definitely use her again!!”

“Definitely five stars for Meni. She’s a great communicator, prompt, and treated my dog and two kitties with the upmost care. We’ll definitely be using her services again.”

“We have 3 playful pups who can be a handful, and we are so happy to have found Hilary! The dogs all seem to adore her and she is so good with them. She is reliable, quick to respond, always sends lots of pictures. Greatful and will definitely continue to reach out to Hilary in the future when we need someone to check on the dogs!”

“Angela was great and super sweet. She was very caring and was able to connect with my cat right away. She is great at communicating and keeping you updated on everything that she does during the visits. I will definitely use her services again.”
“We have booked Joel several times before and we will continue doing. Communication is always clear and constant, he was punctual and respectful with our home. On top of that, our dogs love him and get a little crazy when “uncle” Joel arrives. He even accepted taking care of our pups on a short notice during an emergency trip. Thank you Joel!”
About: I’ve taken care of family and friends pets for as long as I can remember. From walking and feeding to cleaning up after and keeping company, I’ve always been reliable. I’m currently a student in a Dental hygiene program, it’s a lot. I wanted a job I knew I’d enjoy that works with my busy schedule while also helping others and their fur babies! I walk my dog regularly as well as have a fenced in yard and am in close proximity to multiple dog parks! Your dog will always feel welcomed.

“Traci was the best caregiver we’ve ever had! She took our lab on walks every day, playtime at the duck pond, playtime at the dog park, and even on errands. Traci also sent photos of our dog each time she checked on her. This gave us a greater sense of security in knowing our dog was taken care of while we vacationed. I would highly recommend Traci and will definitely use her again!”
“Kylie was great! She came for 10 days while I was out of town. Showed up everyday and sent me pictures and details each day. My dog ended up having an upset stomach and she handled it no question. Will absolutely be using again.”

About: I’ve always had dogs as pets and enjoy pet sitting. I currently have three of my own. Charlie- a poodle mix, Cash- a golden retriever, and Moose- our Bernese mountain dog. I work from home and the boys would love extra company to play. I have a big yard with a pool and tanning ledge the pups love to use to cool off. I work from home so having an extra couple of pups at the house would be fantastic! My dogs would love having extra playmates. I adhere to your pup routines to keep things consistent. I have a fence yard with three friendly dogs and a pool with a tanning ledge for the dogs to cool off on hot days when I let them out for a quick timed potty breaks.

About: My family has had animals my whole life. Besides being the sibling most responsible for the animals (both dogs and cats), I also would walk and sit for my neighbors dogs as well. Now that I’m an adult, I still have and care for my own animals and would love to help you with yours when you need an extra hand. I work days during the week and have weekends free to help with your animals when you’re out of town. I can also do some evenings if you’re planning a date night or out of town for work. I have two dogs and two cats. Rather than shock your pet at my home, I’d prefer to come to you and care for them as you see fit. I can walk, play, and feed them.

About: I have personal experience caring for both dogs and cats. I have a dog back home in China, and I am currently living with two cats here in the U.S. I’m comfortable with feeding, playtime, walks, potty breaks, cleaning litter boxes, and giving pets plenty of attention and affection. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to follow each owner’s instructions to make sure their pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I have a hybrid work schedule and only go into the office 1–2 days a week. The rest of the week, I work from home, which allows me to spend plenty of time with your pets throughout the day. I’m available for feeding, playtime, litter box care, check-ins, and lots of attention and company. On my work-from-home days, your pets will have someone around for most of the day. I have a spacious home with a large, fully fenced yard, giving pets plenty of room to feel comfortable, play, and explore safely. I’m happy to follow each pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, litter box care, and any special instructions. I understand that every dog and cat has a different personality, so I’ll give them the attention, affection, or personal space they need. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages while you’re away and contact you right away if I notice anything unusual.

About: I’ve had a lifetime love in my heart for animals and truly enjoy caring for them. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every pet in my care with the same love, patience, and attention I would want for my own. I’m dependable, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs and routine. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, cuddles, medication reminders, or simply some company while you’re away, I’m happy to provide loving, reliable care. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. 🐾❤️ I work from home half of the week, which gives me flexibility to provide plenty of attention and care. I’m available for early morning and evening visits, as well as weekends. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and schedule whenever possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, and loving environment where pets can feel safe and relaxed. I follow your instructions carefully, keep a close eye on your pet, and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your beloved pet. I’ll treat them like family and keep you updated so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. 🐾❤️
“Nathan is amazing. He’s thorough and SO communicative. He sent pet pictures and videos the entire time, and even when Diesel was being a little hellion was so patient and even spent some extra time with him to calm him down. Please use him, you won’t regret it. He’s going to be my regular sitter moving forward!!”

Nia is amazing!! I’m a VERY anxious dog mom and she has followed my list of notes every time. My girl Dream is obsessed with her and I’ve never seen her warm up so fast with someone before to the point that she hardly even noticed that I left. 😅 So thankful to have found her. ❤️

I had a great experience with Jada! The process was easy and convenient, and I felt confident knowing my pets were in good hands. Communication was great, and I really appreciated the care and attention my pets received. I would definitely use Jada again and recommend it to other pet owners!

Our fur babies absolutely LOVE Kelsie! 🥹🩷 It’s gotten to the point where they’re way more excited to see her than they are to see us, which honestly makes me so happy! 😂 Thank you again for loving and taking such good care of our fur babies! We truly appreciate you! 🩷🐾

I didn't want to leave a review because I didn't want y’all to take her from me and Layla! Lol But no... She's truly amazing, polite, respectable, & responsible. She will love your fur babies like they’re her own! If you need her to do drop-in, house-sit, she does it all and is very trustworthy! 🤍 5 stars, 10/10, definitely recommend, will book again!

Suzanna took excellent care of our 2 dogs while we were on a hard to predict labor delivery timeline. She was super flexible with a last minute move and sent great pictures and notes on every visit that made us feel like the dogs were in really great hands and we didn’t have to worry about anything.

This is our forth time having Jordyn watch our pets, and once again she was absolutely wonderful. We always feel at ease knowing they’re in her care. She follows all of our instructions carefully (which isn’t easy with multiple pets on different diets!), keeps us updated, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about them. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pets and a tidy house, which we really appreciate. It’s such a relief to have someone we can fully trust while we’re away. We’ll definitely continue booking with Jordyn and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.

Mandy was amazing and our pets loved her! She was very communicative and takes her job watching our loved ones very seriously! I loved all of the communication while we were gone and didn’t feel like we had to worry while being on vacation! Will rebook with her for sure!!

5 ⭐️ I needed to leave on short notice, and Nigel and Ziggy needed adhere to a strict schedule for food and potty as they always have. Demona went above and beyond for my sweet boys (I think they prefer her more than me now!) She was very communicative and followed instructions very well. I know for sure she treated them as if they were her own canine companions. Can not recommend her enough! Thanks, Demona!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Leander with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
