In addition, we had a bit of an unexpected situation with a dead mouse in our side yard (clearly the dogs were involved) and Nicole immediately contacted us and dealt with removing it, despite her aversion to mice. Such a smooth experience! Nathan was so accommodating from the meet and greet, to making another trip just before booking to get all the details, and he provided excellent communication! We were able to get away and enjoy leaving our 3 fur babies (2 cats and a dog) in Nathan’s care six days. Kaitlyn did an awesome job watching our fur babies! Midas is going through some separation anxiety after recently losing is best friend companion just last week. She did really good being with him and just hanging out and being present. She followed all the instructions, as I know they can be lengthy, and took care of the house and kept it clean.
