The only reason I removed a star was because she did my normal night time routine (which I instructed her was right before bed), but then I got a Ring alert that she left my house at 10pm. I wasn't aware she would be stepping out so late, and because of the lack of communication, I was really worried. I shot her a text and she responded saying she was only briefly popping out, but she was still gone for an hour and didn't get back until after 11pm. Not critical, but as a worried dog / cat mom - it still made me nervous since I had no idea what was going on. Otherwise - her service was good & my animals seemed happy, which was the goal.”

Maggie stayed with my 2 dogs at my house for a week while I traveled to Tokyo for a business trip. I have a hard time leaving them and I honestly didnt worry the entire trip and I was able to focus on work because I had full trust in her! She would send daily recaps at the end of every day with photos and videos, and I can tell my dogs love her. She left the house super clean when I returned and left some homemade treats for the dogs. <3 I could tell they miss her because they were waiting by the door all day! Chantell was amazing. Our two boys love her. She consistently updated us on how things were at home and with Oak and WInnie, as well as took amazing photos and videos on a multi-times a day basis. We always looked forward to seeing how they were and got lots of pictures of them playing and cuddling and relaxing. Chantell communicated thoroughly about her schedule so we never worried about a thing and our house was left in spotless condition.We know they received the best possible care and I cannot recommend Chantell highly enough.

We had a wonderful experience with Nicole as our house and pet sitter, and we highly recommend her! We have one elderly dog and an oddball kitten, both of whom require lots of attention. Our trip was 10 days long and international, so we were understandably nervous about leaving them. However, after a meet-and-greet with Nicole in our home, we immediately felt confident they would be in great hands and asked her to sit for us on the spot. Nicole put us at ease by asking thoughtful questions—many covering things we had planned to mention, as well as important details we hadn’t even considered. As a professional, she is thoughtful, responsible, kind, and responsive (even with a 7-hour international time difference!). We received multiple photos and updates each day, and it was clear from our pets’ normal playful behavior that they felt comfortable with her very quickly. We returned home from our long trip to a clean house, happy and healthy pets, and even two houseplants resurrected (by Nicole!). We would definitely book Nicole as a house and pet sitter again!
