The only reason I removed a star was because she did my normal night time routine (which I instructed her was right before bed), but then I got a Ring alert that she left my house at 10pm. I wasn't aware she would be stepping out so late, and because of the lack of communication, I was really worried. I shot her a text and she responded saying she was only briefly popping out, but she was still gone for an hour and didn't get back until after 11pm. Not critical, but as a worried dog / cat mom - it still made me nervous since I had no idea what was going on. Otherwise - her service was good & my animals seemed happy, which was the goal.”

Maggie stayed with my 2 dogs at my house for a week while I traveled to Tokyo for a business trip. I have a hard time leaving them and I honestly didnt worry the entire trip and I was able to focus on work because I had full trust in her! Chantell was amazing. Our two boys love her. She consistently updated us on how things were at home and with Oak and WInnie, as well as took amazing photos and videos on a multi-times a day basis.
