“Chantell is awesome! She messaged us often with updates and took great care of our pup. We could totally relax knowing he was in great care. We will definitely book again with her for our next trip.”

“Angelica was amazing with Missy, as always! She stayed at my house for almost a week and left it clean (she even took out my trash bins without me asking!). She also gave daily updates on Missy.”

“Arturo was amazing, communicative and sent great pictures of our pets. After the first night of our festival was cancelled, Arturo was flexible and understanding. I would utilize his services again!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Renada! I felt so secure knowing she was watching our two dogs and house! She was extremely attentive with the dogs and constantly kept me informed with pictures. She was one of the BEST dog sitters I have ever had. I was absolutely be rebooking again with her in the future!”

“She is Awesome… Kaitlan kept our 4 babies for 9 days. She sent updates and pictures each day. We have one guy who is a little cranky and they were best friends after a few day’s. She took them for walks. The house was just like we left it (a nice surprise). She is now my number one and only dog sitter. Thank you Kaitlin for loving our babies like we do. You are awesome!!!”

“Molly was phenomenal with Tucker. She sent such great pictures and updates and seems like she took great care of him. She left the house clean and was responsive and clear in her communication. I’d highly recommend Molly to anyone and looking forward to her caring for Tucker again in the future.”

“Jessica is wonderful! My pup was a happy boy with her! If I could give her 10 stars I would. Will definitely be rebooking with her in the future. Best puppy sitter I've ever had!”

“Our dogs were in good hands while we were away! We had to find someone short notice after our other pet sitter had to cancel and we appreciate Geoffrey accommodating his schedule to take care of our two pups. We received multiple updates throughout the day and were worry free on our vacation because of it! Our dogs are very needy and require a lot of attention and supervision, Geoffrey made them feel comfortable. He also took good care of our house. Highly recommend him and will be using his services again in the future.”
“Samara was the BEST!!! All her sweet photos and cute comments about my little buddy! She took so much great care of him and was very communicative! I definitely will be asking her to watch puck again :-)”
“Alexis was great. Great communication before and during our travels. The dogs were well loved, the house was just as we left it and she kept us in the loop for the whole time we were gone. Will definitely book with her again in the future.”

“Jeremy is absolutely wonderful, not just as a house- and dog-sitter, he’s just an all-around kind, cool, laid-back guy. He has a wonderful, calm, energy that our animals gravitated to immediately, even our one skittish rescue pup that was abused before we got her and usually doesn’t like men. He took excellent care of our dogs and house, sent us pictures and updates every day, and we could tell that they were happy with him, as they slept on the bed he stayed in with him every night. We are so glad to have found him and would like to book him again in the future. ♥️”

“Michelle was absolutely great taking care of our little one and our home while we were gone for 13 days. She is a rare find and a truly calm, gentle soul. She definitely earned all her great reviews. We did a meet and greet first where she came to our home and we knew after that meeting that she was the one! Finding a great pet/house sitter is harder than it seems. So many on Rover don't really seem to understand the meaning of house sitting. It means you actually live in the house with the fur babies not leave every 4 hours and be gone all day. Rest assured Michelle will live in your house so your anxious fur baby remains in their comfort zone and routine. I work from home so I wanted to mimic that level of human presence that out little guy has become accustomed to and she was able to provide that. Michelle took care of little chores like watering plants and feeding our fish, but most importantly she took care of our little baby with plenty of play time and constant companionship. She was very responsive over messenger even though we were in another country. And when we came home the house was perfectly clean and in order. We highly recommend Michelle for pet/house sitting and we will certainly be using her again!”

“Had a same day request and Kenna was there in a pinch! Total lifesaver... She was excellent with my dog and super super polite. 10 out of 10 will totally book with again!”

“Ryan is amazing and really cared for Hayze. Hayze loves it every time he comes around. He also gives us up to date information on how Hayze is doing every day and provide lovely pictures. We definitely will continue using Ryan in the future!”

About: Hi there! I have experience house/pet sitting for my colleagues and feel Rover is perfect for me to get to love and care for pets as I no longer have any of my own. I had a Dachshund for 17 years and have an extra soft spot for senior pets. I’ve also fostered in the past! Because I work remotely full time, I’m able to be at your home full time to give pets more companionship, supervision, potty breaks, medications, and consistency throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I also understand how important trust and communication are while you’re away so I love sending photo and video updates if owners enjoy them. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, and any special instructions. I treat every home respectfully and every pet with the same care, patience, and affection I would want for my own.
“Sara was an amazing dog sitter to my 2 Labradors. She followed all food and medication instructions, took them on walks when it was cool, and sent me pictures! I loved getting pictures of my girls. She stayed overnight at my house, and she also collected my mail, put the trash containers at the end of the driveway on trash day, and brought any packages into the house. None of these were part of her dog sitting duties. I was very grateful to Sara for all of her help. I will definitely use her again in the future, and I highly recommend her as a responsible dog sitter.”

About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up around dogs and have owned four dogs throughout my life, giving me experience with different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. While I wasn’t around many cats growing up because of my dad’s allergies, I quickly fell in love with them and now share my home with two cats of my own. Over the years, I’ve regularly pet sat and walked dogs for friends and family simply because I enjoy spending time with animals. Now, I’m excited to turn that passion into a side gig through Rover. I understand that being away from their family can be stressful for pets, so I always focus on making them feel comfortable, safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. My goal is to treat every pet like they’re part of my own family and give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. I do work a full-time job, about 8 hours a day Monday-Friday. However, my hours are pretty flexible through the week so I can work around a schedule. I always make sure the pets feel comfortable with me and listen to their needs! If they are feeling anxious or scared I make sure to be patient and give them the time they need. If they are super cuddly I make sure to give them all the love I can give and play with them! I can take them on walks or play with them around the house!

About: Over 25 years of experience as a devoted pet owner and pet sitter. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. I won’t just check in on your pets, I’ll make sure they feel safe and loved. As I approach retirement & only working part time, pet sitting is a natural fit for my flexible schedule, experience, and lifelong love of animals. This flexibility allows me to provide dependable, attentive pet care while doing something I genuinely love & enjoy! I will respect your home, follow instructions carefully, secure doors and gates, provide updates, and care for your pets with dependable, trustworthy attention. Your pet’s safety and your home’s security are my priorities.

Nhu and Kevin took great care of our 6 yr old boxer that has a heart condition. They administered medication as directed, fed him appropriately (he has a pretty particular diet), walked him regularly, and most importantly let him snuggle all he needed! He usually gets separation anxiety when we leave, and loses weight as a result…we could tell he felt safe and comfortable with Nhu and Kevin because he looks healthy! We got pictures or video every day, which helped calm our nerves about his health and anxiety. They also took great care of the house. They made sure our pup stayed out of the kids rooms, helped with trash days, and left the house cleaner than when we left! (Thank you!) I am looking forward to rebooking them - and I’m sure our dog is , too!

Elisa did a wonderful job watching our 2 dogs who can take some time to warm up to strangers. She was very kind and patient with them. She kept our house organized and communicated well with us so we felt confident with her care while we were out of town. Will definitely have Elisa again!

Leah & Tyler were awesome with both our puppy and house. When we got home, our Sophie was happier than she has ever been with others staying at house. They truly engaged with our pup and showed her so much love. Our dog has separation anxiety, and I can't think of any better people to stay with her. We are so happy to have found the right folks for our Sophie!

We had a wonderful experience with Nicole as our house and pet sitter, and we highly recommend her! We have one elderly dog and an oddball kitten, both of whom require lots of attention. Our trip was 10 days long and international, so we were understandably nervous about leaving them. However, after a meet-and-greet with Nicole in our home, we immediately felt confident they would be in great hands and asked her to sit for us on the spot. Nicole put us at ease by asking thoughtful questions—many covering things we had planned to mention, as well as important details we hadn’t even considered. As a person, she clearly loves and understands animals—their needs, behavior, and unique personalities. As a professional, she is thoughtful, responsible, kind, and responsive (even with a 7-hour international time difference!). We received multiple photos and updates each day, and it was clear from our pets’ normal playful behavior that they felt comfortable with her very quickly. We returned home from our long trip to a clean house, happy and healthy pets, and even two houseplants resurrected (by Nicole!). We would definitely book Nicole as a house and pet sitter again!

Kacie was wonderful! The dogs clearly had a great time with her, she sent regular updates and photos, and when I had a sudden Chan grew in plans which kept me away for an additional 2 days, she was flexible and so accommodating. I so appreciate her care and the extra time she spent with my pups!

Chantel was super communicative and provided multiple updates and photos each day. Our home was very well cared for, even with two dogs and a string of rainy days. Our boys absolutely loved their daily walks and playtime. It is obvious Chantel really cares about others pets and homes. We would be grateful to have her stay here again!

Victoria was an incredible sitter for our pups!! She was great with communication, and sent us so many pictures of the pups having a great time! Upon leaving, she wrote us the sweetest note and got the pups little toys 🥹. Victoria kept our place super clean, which was a nice to come back to especially after a long day of travel! Looking forward to having her with the pups again!! Would highly recommended 😊
