“Shirley is super kind, caring towards my animals and sent me a lot of photos! The only reason I removed a star was because she did my normal night time routine (which I instructed her was right before bed), but then I got a Ring alert that she left my house at 10pm. I wasn't aware she would be stepping out so late, and because of the lack of communication, I was really worried. I shot her a text and she responded saying she was only briefly popping out, but she was still gone for an hour and didn't get back until after 11pm. Not critical, but as a worried dog / cat mom - it still made me nervous since I had no idea what was going on. Otherwise - her service was good & my animals seemed happy, which was the goal.”

I worked as a kennel tech but I only worked with dogs at the time I have 2 dogs which they are a blue heeler name luna and a border collie name Susie they’re back home in TN with their grandparent, as well the cat is my sister’s but that’s my little nephew Ernie. I always cared for animals since a kid I absolutely love caring them. *****PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**** Dog parents: if you need me to walk or care for your dog, I do recommend that you let me meet your dog in person just so your dog can be aware and to see if he/she likes me. If it’s last minute, that’s fine but it just depends on your dog’s energy. If they are a leash puller when walking please let me know as well or reactivate to other dogs as well. Last minute booking: I am only available at 6pm (during the week) if you need me to walk your dog or any service that might be needed. As of right now I am not accepting super last minute I need a day in advance not the day of. Cat parents: You don’t necessarily have to do a meet up since cats are mostly chill. If your pet takes medication please let me know if they have to take it with food or if I will have any problems giving them their meds. I AM CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE TO DO DROP INS MID DAY. “Pond ... WOW! There are many things worth praising about this incredible person and pet care giver. My fur baby, Gracie, is the luckiest dog ever! Gracie has Mom (me) and Gracie has Pond. Pond truly has the heart of an animal care giver, the sharp mind of a vet, and the empath abilities to sense and know what Gracie needed and when. Gracie's tail would wag and she would snuggle right up to Pond. I saw it! Gracie wasn't distracted by Mom; she wanted Pond's attention! Gracie has been aging over the time Pond has been caring for her, and Pond just goes with the flow of that. Pond will miss Gracies' sweet sixteen party because they're moving out of state. SO - if you are lucky enough to have Pond in your neighborhood in Austin, TXwe 2 ladies here in College Park MD will be jealous! I trust Pond with my precious baby girl. She gave medications twice daily for our elderly guy, and clearly tried hard to make sure the dogs needs were more than just met. And it didn't end with the dogs but she cared for our home the same way. She reached out with questions where appropriate, watered our plants, and even changed our Roomba vacuum bag when it was full. She was so conscientious and easy going. We returned to a home as clean as we left it and really relaxed and happy pooches. We highly recommend Melissa for in-home dog sitting, she exceeded our expectations at every turn.

Chantell was amazing. Our two boys love her. She consistently updated us on how things were at home and with Oak and WInnie, as well as took amazing photos and videos on a multi-times a day basis. We always looked forward to seeing how they were and got lots of pictures of them playing and cuddling and relaxing. Chantell communicated thoroughly about her schedule so we never worried about a thing and our house was left in spotless condition.We know they received the best possible care and I cannot recommend Chantell highly enough.
Elisa did a wonderful job watching our 2 dogs who can take some time to warm up to strangers. She was very kind and patient with them. She kept our house organized and communicated well with us so we felt confident with her care while we were out of town. Will definitely have Elisa again!
Leah & Tyler were awesome with both our puppy and house. When we got home, our Sophie was happier than she has ever been with others staying at house. They truly engaged with our pup and showed her so much love. Our dog has separation anxiety, and I can't think of any better people to stay with her. We are so happy to have found the right folks for our Sophie!
We had a wonderful experience with Nicole as our house and pet sitter, and we highly recommend her! We have one elderly dog and an oddball kitten, both of whom require lots of attention. Our trip was 10 days long and international, so we were understandably nervous about leaving them. However, after a meet-and-greet with Nicole in our home, we immediately felt confident they would be in great hands and asked her to sit for us on the spot. Nicole put us at ease by asking thoughtful questions—many covering things we had planned to mention, as well as important details we hadn’t even considered. As a person, she clearly loves and understands animals—their needs, behavior, and unique personalities. As a professional, she is thoughtful, responsible, kind, and responsive (even with a 7-hour international time difference!). We received multiple photos and updates each day, and it was clear from our pets’ normal playful behavior that they felt comfortable with her very quickly. We returned home from our long trip to a clean house, happy and healthy pets, and even two houseplants resurrected (by Nicole!). We would definitely book Nicole as a house and pet sitter again!
Kacie was wonderful! The dogs clearly had a great time with her, she sent regular updates and photos, and when I had a sudden Chan grew in plans which kept me away for an additional 2 days, she was flexible and so accommodating. I so appreciate her care and the extra time she spent with my pups!
