So I was a little nervous about “giving my dogs away” and it was for an entire 7 days, so quite a bit of time. But I was very impressed and pleased with their care. They were very welcoming to us for the first greeting, offered a tour of the house so I could feel comfortable/at ease and feel confident seeing the set up being provided for my babies. I packed them a 7 day bag with everything, provided feeding directions, etc. they followed them perfectly with no issues. They provided daily pics and videos which made me feel good. Their responsiveness and communication was quick which was great. Very flexible with drop off and pick up times. And of course the final point, but most important, the dogs loved them and wanted to give goodbye kisses when I picked them up.
