Lizy has good reviews, repeat customers and her price was okay and seemed nice at our meet and greet.. so we decided yes! We left on our first real vacation trusting her to care for our three boy kitties and one chihuahua princess for twelve days; one, thirty minute visit per day to feed, clean after and love on our babies in our absence. We have an upstairs and downstairs camera to see them while we are gone as well as on our front door cam, so we also saw her when she was there. She didnt show up on time on quite a few days, which really upset me as we're paying for her time/ services and gave her a window to be be flexible with her. On a sunday she showed up at like 9:45am. She said "my bad, I will maintain 1-3 for the next few days" after i mesged her asking what was going on. We requested 1pm show up times and when we began talking she asked if it had to be 1pm and I said 1pm to 3pm would be okay so as long its as close to 1pm in that window as possible in the afternoons to stay in a regular routine for them to eat (theyre used to breakfast and dinner, but while we were gone decided mid-afternoon would be best so they're not too hungry in the morning or night) and to be flexible for her schedule too since she asked about only 1pm. She fed them, gave meds, scooped boxes and switched out puppy pads/cleaned any near by messed (we left our chi in a large gated area in the living room to reduce issues for all). The worst part for me, which is why I would never hire her again , I didnt see her pet or love on our babies! She even held our chi at arms length when taking her outside. Like, what??? Loving on them should be a given, but I did mention it when we had our meet and greet.. they're getting thirty minutes of people time a day and you dont have time to hug and love on them or even carry our 15 year old senior dog with compassion/near you outside? She also left her outside for too long and fed her outside on some really hot days! Our girl doesn't do well with the heat at her age, like 10 minutes tops - if there is shade. She is mostly an inside dog now. Lizy didn't have to walk her or anything, she has bad hips as an old lady. I had to message several time to ask whats going on. She also didnt follow instructions on trash bag usage either, we have a ton on plastic grocery bags to use for poops and peeps, but she was using our big garbage bags which there was like 4 left and we were gonna be gone for 12 days... i take poop and pee outside to the big garbage cans outside rigth after as its stinky. I labeled the bag of grocery bags in the pantry, I labeled cleaning supplies on cabinets and in pantry, etc. So she could easily find and told her to please reach out if she needed anything/had questions so i could help. We discussed in person and messaged her all the details. She didnt ask me any questions unless I said something to her first. If caring for our family as we requested was not going to work for her, in any capacity, then she should have declined our request for care and we would have gotten someone else to do it for us. We didnt ask for much and will not use her again. I do not recommend her if you want loving care for your family while you are away and all already sad/stressed at being apart.

Big shoutout to Lizy for take care of Chona. Lizy always with great attitude, respectful, professional all moments. 100% recommended!!! I will not hesitate to contact Lizy for future events

We are so greatful for the care and attention that Lizy gave to our dog while we were out of town. Lizy's updates and pictures let us know that we didn't have a thing to worry about. Her communication leading up to and during our dogs time with her was fantastic. We will be asking for her service again!
