Divya was absolutely wonderful with Mr. Peanut Butter! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She and her son gave him lots of love, playtime, and cuddles, and her regular updates and pictures gave us great peace of mind. When he had a little diarrhea, Divya let us know right away and even cooked him chicken and rice to help settle his stomach. She was incredibly caring and attentive. Mr. Peanut Butter had such a great time that I think he came home missing Divya, her son, and all the attention! We would absolutely trust her with him again. Excellent experience! Our puppy received truly attentive care from frequent walks to continuous updates with pics and videos of each day he was in her care. We will def be booking with San Juanita again! She even returned his feeding and water bowls hand washed! She has a wonderfully positive way about her. Thanks again!!
Karthik and Xiao are absolutely the best. They went above and beyond for our Elsa who is very shy and picky eater, they made sure she ate well and shared daily updates and lots of pictures. They were very flexible with drop offs and pickups which was really helpful. All in all we definitely are going to board with them again and i highly recommend them.
I am so grateful to Raquel. My "baby" is 14 and has never needed to be boarded or left with anyone other than family. She also has anxiety in general. She just needed a short time to adjust and then she was her happy sweet self. She doesn't warm up to new ppl generally so to me, that speaks a lot to Raquel's sweet nature and good heart. She sent me lots of pictures and keep me updated all week. I never once had to worry about my girl. I felt very at ease about something I was so very nervous about having to do. I will 100% reach out to her again.
Marco and Pinn were absolutely wonderful with Nori! They were incredibly welcoming from the very beginning and made us feel so comfortable leaving her with them. Our flight ended up getting canceled multiple times and delayed, and they were so understanding and continued to care for Nori without hesitation.
