Our furbabies - Albus and Dobby were well taken care of by Trish and Obi. Fluffy is a good addition as our babies felt so comfortable with him. This was our first time using Rover and we were really careful as one of our babies experience seizure so he needs to have regular medication. Trish is very thourough when asking about the condition to help her care for our baby. They also sent constant updates so we are very secured that our babies are doing well while we are gone. She even cooked topper for them because they were havung a hard time eating the first days they spent with them. Katie took such great care of my puppy for the week! She was easy to communicate with leading up to boarding and sent pictures every day. I was nervous to leave such a young puppy (4.5 mo) that she’d pick up bad behaviors while we were gone. But Katie is also a dog trainer and I felt very comfortable knowing that she had lots of experience with puppies and training. My pup came home happy and even better behaved than before!
We left Goofy with Mandy for 6 days and she took great care of him. She made sure that he was comfortable. She was providing pictures and updates about Goofy regularly.
