It’s easy to see that Andrew really loves dogs and enjoys looking after them. He has a calm, kind demeanor and was able to constructively handle a few difficult situations caused by my dogs. Our pup had an amazing vacation with Jonathan! He took her on walks and played fetch with her several times a day, she chased squirrels in the yard and got fresh chicken in her food when she wouldn’t eat. she even got brushed by his daughter a lot, which she L O V E S! She was perfectly happy when we picked her up. Jonathan kept in contact letting us know how and what she had been doing and sent lots of photos and texts along the way. We will definitely only let her stay with Jonathan since we found him here on Rover.
We had such a great experience with Jiaxun! He accepted our last-minute request during a long weekend, which already helped us out so much. Throughout the stay, he kept us updated with frequent photos and messages, and always asked thoughtful clarifying questions whenever needed. Our dog is very anxious in new environments and can be quite resource guarding, so we’re always nervous leaving him with someone new. But he’s also incredibly affectionate once he feels genuinely cared for, and it was obvious our sitter truly cared about him. We could tell our dog felt safe and comfortable, which means everything to us. We’re so grateful for the patience, kindness, and attention he gave our pup. Highly recommend!
Mandy did an absolutely incredible job watching my two dogs, Chico and Meelo. Taking care of multiple dogs is always a big ask, but Mandy handled it with total grace, professionalism, and genuine affection. I was especially grateful for her attentiveness with Chico, who is 19 years old. Caring for a senior dog requires an extra level of patience, gentleness, and strict adherence to routine, and Mandy completely set my mind at ease. She gave him the dedicated care he needed while ensuring Meelo got plenty of love and attention, too. She kept me updated throughout the stay, which I deeply appreciated. It’s rare to find someone you can trust implicitly with both an aging senior and a high-energy dog, but Mandy is exactly that person. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, compassionate, and detail-oriented pet sitter!
Sherron is amazing. I've never seen my dog warm up to someone so fast...he's very tentative with new people but Sherron was able to make friends with him in short time.
