Rosa is awesome! I am a very particular pet parent. Until I used Rosa, my dogs never boarded outside our home. I would have a pet sitter stay in my home with them. I had circumstances that required I find someone outside my home to care for Roxy. Rosa was a godsend. Roxy is a skittish dog, not trusting anyone but me. After the initial meet and greet there was no hesitation with Roxy. She loves staying with Rosa. This is our 3rd time with the 4th time booked. We couldn’t be happier!
Lamia is absolutely AMAZING as a cat sitter. Not only is she smart (I brought over two automatic feeders for my kitties and one was having issues- she researched the units and solved the problems. I also had a collar with a sensor to program that I had forgotten and she set that up as well), you can tell she really loves kitties. 🥰 She sent me daily reports and pictures of my two sweet babies and it was such a peace of mind to know they were in such good, loving hands. One of my cats is blind and she took special care to make sure he was safe and cared for in her two-story house. My cats looked right at home and happy in all of her pictures. She is so accommodating and sweet. I will use her time and time again!
I highly recommend Jade as she did an exceptional job boarding my cat for 11 days. Jade has well-rounded knowledge of cat behavior and how to treat different personality types. She maintains a stimulating and comfortable room for cats, boards only one cat at a time. She gave my timid cat Gracie lots of space and freedom during her stay. Jade will be my go-to person next time I need to board Gracie.
Great communication from start to finish. Dan’s home is clean and tidy, which made us feel really comfortable leaving Dobby with him. We also loved the photo updates throughout her stay, and it was clear she was having a great time. We’d definitely book with Dan again.
Lizy did a great job taking care our Bailey at her home. Bailey was well taken care of and very clean when I picked her up. Because she is color white you can tell easily. Her eye care was also very good taken care of. There were couple of days I had to ask Lizy for an update on Bailey, hoping she would reach out to me before I did , but other than that I was very satisfied and my pup came back happy. I will definitely book with Lizy again when needed . Thank you Lizy !
The best experience for my lil Frenchie, JB. Jessica took exceptional care of JB while we were away for a week, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure he felt comfortable and loved. She kept us updated with photos and messages throughout our trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious that JB was happy, well cared for, and getting plenty of attention. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, healthy, and clearly had enjoyed his stay. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, I highly recommend Jessica.
