“Shevell is very responsive to messages/texts and the great communication helped me with planning the boarding, ensuring she knew our dogs Taylor and Charli's normal routines and behavior, etc., and just overall made me feel comfortable and at ease with her watching our pups. At drop-off, I met her oldest son who was going to help and he was sweet and great with Taylor and Charli. My dogs seemed to feel comfortable right when I dropped them off (our more nervous dog took longer, but even she started exploring right away lol)! Shevell sent me adorable updates during our trip and when I picked them up, Taylor and Charli seemed happy as could be. Shevell let me know that all went well, and they got along her dog - I couldn't be happier and will definitely be booking with her again!”

We have 2 large dogs that can be a handful, but she handled them very well and made sure they are always safe, fed, and happy. We received many photos and updates throughout their stay, which made us very happy to see how great they were doing and made us feel more at ease while we were out of state. Miho was also super organized and very communicative, we knew exactly what to bring and how to prepare our pups for their stay. She was also very understanding about our flight back getting delayed. Our dogs seemed very happy while there and loved playing with her dog Arden. I would definitely highly recommend Miho for all your boarding needs! :)”
