Both our dogs don’t like staying at a pet hotel and we observed they would come home sad/pale/lost weight. So we wanted to look for someone who’d be ready for coming over or take them in for extended period of time (usually 5 weeks) Back in 2019, we had recently moved to Austin and we had an upcoming trip in December for 4weeks. We started looking for a sitter and found Katherynn. Our dogs loved her immediately. We when returned our dogs were well taken care off. They were happy. Very welcoming home, I felt like my dog Max was in great hands and provided all the attention and care he would have received at home. The communication was great, little of photos and Max was spoiled with walks. He seemed like he enjoyed his weekend "vacation". Highly recommend Kari and Jonathan's services. I never felt concerned/worried about Max, I knew from the beginning he was going to be well taken care of and spoiled.
Cheyenne and her husband are absolutely pawsome! They treated my Bella and Bentley so awesome, showering them with so much care and attention. Every day, she sent me pics capturing their joyful adventures and playtime. Cheyenne’s responsiveness to my questions was top-notch, making me feel at ease and confident in her care. This was my second time using her services, and I wouldn’t dream of entrusting anyone else with my fur babies. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a dog sitter who truly cares!

If I could give Jeff & Jirapun more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Leaving our Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute for an entire week while we were on a cruise was something I was incredibly nervous about. From the moment we met Jeff & Jirapun, they made us feel completely at ease, and they exceeded every expectation we had. Throughout the entire seven days, they treated our dogs like members of their own family. They sent us daily updates filled with pictures and videos, which meant the world to us while we were away. Seeing our pups happy, relaxed, playing, and getting so much love allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without worrying for a second. It was obvious from every update that they genuinely cared about our dogs and loved them as much as we do. They paid attention to their personalities, made sure they were comfortable, and gave them so much affection and attention. When we picked them up, our dogs were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Finding someone you trust with your pets is priceless, and we are beyond grateful to have found Jeff & Jirapun. Natalee was great, excited to meet our dogs and she was super responsive, sent bunch of pics of them getting along throughout the day which made us comfortable since it was their first meet and greet + day care. Brad was wonderful with our dogs, an 8-month old Husky mix puppy and our 10-year old yellow lab mix. Our puppy was especially challenging being high energy and in the chewing stage. He took the dogs on multiple walks per day to tire them out and gave them lots of attention. They had a great time!

Princie is great with my dog. Princie was so accommodating and patient to my questions and inquiries. My dog is very comfortable there with boarding as she gets anxious and nervous in new environments and people.
