This was our first time using Rover, and we really appreciated Rodnie being able to accommodate us last minute. She sent us a few updates during our puppy’s stay, which we appreciated. Our 2 month old puppy seemed happy and well cared for when we picked her up, and that’s what matters most to us! She did great.
Brandon was super easy to deal with and very responsive. He bailed me out in a last minute situation and it couldn’t have turned out better. The communication was easy and we received daily updates on how Luna was adjusting. We have had many great experiences on Rover and this was no exception. Everything from first contact to drop off and pick up was easy. We will definitely be using him in the future.

If I could give Jeff & Jirapun more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Leaving our Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute for an entire week while we were on a cruise was something I was incredibly nervous about. From the moment we met Jeff & Jirapun, they made us feel completely at ease, and they exceeded every expectation we had. Throughout the entire seven days, they treated our dogs like members of their own family. They sent us daily updates filled with pictures and videos, which meant the world to us while we were away. Seeing our pups happy, relaxed, playing, and getting so much love allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without worrying for a second. It was obvious from every update that they genuinely cared about our dogs and loved them as much as we do. They paid attention to their personalities, made sure they were comfortable, and gave them so much affection and attention. When we picked them up, our dogs were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Finding someone you trust with your pets is priceless, and we are beyond grateful to have found Jeff & Jirapun. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and exceptional pet sitters. Natalee was great, excited to meet our dogs and she was super responsive, sent bunch of pics of them getting along throughout the day which made us comfortable since it was their first meet and greet + day care. Brad was wonderful with our dogs, an 8-month old Husky mix puppy and our 10-year old yellow lab mix. Our puppy was especially challenging being high energy and in the chewing stage. He took the dogs on multiple walks per day to tire them out and gave them lots of attention. They had a great time!

Princie is great with my dog. Princie was so accommodating and patient to my questions and inquiries. My dog is very comfortable there with boarding as she gets anxious and nervous in new environments and people. Princie ensured she was comfortable and able to settle in well, along with their dog as well. Clean and tidy home. So glad to have found her. Will definitely be using Princie again very soon!
