I’ve had pets since I was child and absolutely love animals. My kids have developed the same passion. We love taking care of animals as a family and have a few rescues of our own. Tito is our chihuahua who loves other small dogs. Our cats, Binx and Lizzie are tolerant of dogs and are use to having them around. I’m a stay at home mom to three kids. Except for the occasional outing or trip to the grocery store, we are just about always home. We have a very large fenced in back yard, so your pup will have plenty of room to play. We have used her in the past and never had any major issues! Booked her recently and my fiancé went to drop our dog off and she didn’t answer the door. He missed his flight and missed a really important event! He ended up being able to change his flight and tried to stop by again a couple hours later and still nothing. We called her several times and texted on the app. This was a bit over a week ago and we unfortunately still haven’t heard anything or at least received an apology text.

We've used Jordan twice now and she has been very accommodating and available for last minute boarding. Arya, our dog, has been well taken care of and seems to have had a great time with her kiddos. I would recommend Jordan for anyone in the Hutto area needing a sitter.

Schedule
Pickup and drop off is by appointment only. You can make an appointment for between the hours of 8am-6pm. Your appointment window cannot be greater than one hour. If you miss your drop off window by more than 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled, and no refund given. If you are more than 15 minutes late picking up, you will have to reschedule your pickup time, if that means your pet stays another night, then you will be charged for an additional night plus a $30 inconvenience fee. I understand that things happen, and will work with you when unexpected events arise, but I’ve had too many people not respecting my time. I thank you for understanding. (:

I follow care instructions completely. I give each animal one on one attention throughout the day. I treat them like they’re one of my kids. My children are very respectful of animals and are never left unsupervised with them.

With a house full of kids, your dog will always have someone to play with. Plus, we’re an active family who enjoys exploring our neighborhood and going for walks.
