We have 2 large dogs that can be a handful, but she handled them very well and made sure they are always safe, fed, and happy. We received many photos and updates throughout their stay, which made us very happy to see how great they were doing and made us feel more at ease while we were out of state. Miho was also super organized and very communicative, we knew exactly what to bring and how to prepare our pups for their stay. She was also very understanding about our flight back getting delayed. There are two children in the home, so pets who are okay with kids are preferred! Able to give meds or any other tasks for your pet! I am home during the work week and weekend and am available to take care of your pet full time! We do not have a pet of our own right now so your pet will be the only animal present. I have a large back yard that is fenced in and safe. I am able to use a crate if you would like, but it is not necessary for our home. I also appreciated getting to do a meet and greet beforehand so I could see where my dog would be staying. It made a huge difference. I’d definitely recommend Chad if your dog has separation anxiety or doesn’t do well in crates. He doesn’t take on too many overnighters at once, so I knew my dog wouldn’t just be a number. “This was our first time boarding our dogs with Miho, and we are very happy with the great care and frequent updates she provided! We have 2 large dogs that can be a handful, but she handled them very well and made sure they are always safe, fed, and happy. We received many photos and updates throughout their stay, which made us very happy to see how great they were doing and made us feel more at ease while we were out of state. Miho was also super organized and very communicative, we knew exactly what to bring and how to prepare our pups for their stay. She was also very understanding about our flight back getting delayed. Our dogs seemed very happy while there and loved playing with her dog Arden. I would definitely highly recommend Miho for all your boarding needs! :)”

There was a very small mishap at feeding time, but Mina was very transparent and promptly informed me of the situation and the remedy, as well as continually checked up on my dog after the visit.
