“Nicolle is a very great sitter for my 2 boys. I do have to say one of my dogs can be a bit much and it gives me peace of mind knowing she knows how to deal with him. She has gone above and beyond to win him over. Definitely would recommend and I’m currently keeping the weekly visits active”

“Allison took great care of our cats while we were away. She followed care instructions, checked in when she had questions, and shared plenty of videos and photos. We felt comforted knowing our cats were in good hands. Thanks again, Allison!”

“Pao did an excellent job dog sitting my baby. She was always on time and kept me updated during each visit. Even on the days I did not have a steady schedule, Pao was very flexible and accommodating. More than anything, my baby was very well taken care of and happy! I highly recommend Pao to anyone!”

“Benjamin was extremely professional with me and sweet to my cats. They can be a little picky about who they interact with and shy around new people and he made them comfortable while I was away.”

“Tinisha was great with our pups for drop in visits in our home. We had to be away from the house for the day last minute and I was so relieved to know they were well taken care of with the great updates and pics. Thank you!”

“Alexandria was amazing! She kept us updated throughout our time away and made sure our family knew how our sweet Nova was doing. Her communication was excellent, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing Nova was in such caring and capable hands. We could tell she genuinely cared for Nova and treated her like one of her own. We highly recommend Alexandria to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate dog sitter. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl!”

About: Hi, I'm Noemy, and I've been around dogs my whole life! I am a certified Narcotics K9 Handler. I like to go out of my way to understand their needs, whether it's a long walk to burn energy or a little extra care and attention. If I have drop-in visits/walks I take the extra time to make sure your pup has fresh water, gets plenty of love, and that everything is cleaned up along the way. I treat every dog like my own — with patience, care, and lots of belly rubs! Caring for pets is part of my everyday routine. Whether it's taking my Jack Russell for walks or spending time playing, I naturally make time to ensure pets are happy and active. I enjoy being outside and staying active, so fitting in walks or drop-in visits is something I genuinely love. Every pet deserves attention, care, and consistency, and I’m happy to provide that as part of my routine. They will only be crated if that’s what you normally do. In my home, I have a friendly Jack Russell who enjoys meeting new friends. I make sure pets are comfortable, well-fed, and always have fresh water. Whether in my home or a client's, I prioritize walks, playtime, and sticking to their usual routines. I also provide lots of love and attention to help pets feel safe and happy while you're away!

About: I love animals and enjoy giving them the attention and care they deserve. My experience comes from caring for pets of family and friends through feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I’m dependable, patient, and committed to following each pet’s routine so they feel safe and comfortable. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos for peace of mind while you’re away. I promise to live your fur-babies is if they were my own. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I work full-time but have a consistent schedule, allowing me to plan visits and give each pet the time and attention they deserve. On my days off, I have even more flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, and quality time. I make communication a priority and will always keep pet owners updated with messages and photos. I care for every pet as if they were my own by following their normal routine and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. In a client’s home, I respect their space, follow all care instructions carefully, and provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks (if needed), fresh food and water, and lots of affection. I also send regular updates and photos so owners know their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away.
About: For the last 4 years I’ve had the honor of taking care of my own as well as my parents dog since they were puppies. Whenever my friends and family need a sitter, they trust that I’ll maintain walking and feeding schedules as though they never left, and as an added bonus, their dogs will be treated like little prince and princesses. I’m comfortable with dogs that might need to take oral medication due to being ill, as well as dogs who just like to be cuddled or played with. I currently work 4 days a week for my full time job that can be a bit overwhelming. Finding my fur baby brought me so much joy in a time when I needed it. Allowing me to care for your extended family member would be an honor. I ensure that pets are properly groomed, paws and butts wiped if needed. I ensure pets are fed based off of proportions given, and also make sure that they adhere to a schedule that includes, outside time both on and off leash to help with boredom and behavioral concerns.
“Kassie was so sweet! She did a great job taking care of my 3 girls, and listened to all of my crazy mom talk 🤣 it was my first time using rover’s check in services and I was VERY happy with my experience. My babies are a little high maintenance and I’ve never left them with anyone but my mom or other family members checking on them so needless to say I was nervous. She sent pictures and updates every day for me and stuck to the note I gave her exactly. She even did the small amount of dishes I had left in the sink 🥺 which was just the sweetest over the top gesture. I will definitely be booking with her again if she is available the next time me and my boyfriend will be out of town!”

About: Winnie’s Way was born out of love, loss, and everything in between. When I brought home my pup Winnie, she was ten months old — full of spunk, laughter, and a level of mischief that could brighten even the darkest day. Just a month later, she was unexpectedly diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy, and my world changed overnight. Caring for her meant learning more than I ever imagined — from medication schedules to monitoring and building routines, to understanding what real patience, trust, and intentional care look like. Every day required adaptability, focus, and heart. Even in the toughest moments, Winnie had a way of being oh so sassy, while wagging her tail like she was saying, “I've got this, Dad. I can fight through this!" Though Winnie is no longer here physically, I know she’s watching over me, Goose (her brother and my current sidekick), and every pet I care for. Goose is calm, playful, and loving — happy to play, snuggle, or comfort a new friend as needed. Together, we offer a safe, joyful, and intentional environment where every tail feels valued, loved, and understood. Services backed by experience include: •Dogs of all energy levels and sizes •Special care for medical needs (medications, monitoring) •Socializing multiple pets and managing sibling groups overnight •Creating safe, calm, and fun environments tailored to each dog •Administering routines, medications, and gentle care **Optional Meet & Greet: I offer a meet-and-greet prior to overnight stays so your pup can get familiar with Goose and me — ensuring a smooth, happy transition. Winnie’s Way isn’t just a name — it’s a promise: to care with intention, love without condition, and make sure every pet feels seen, safe, and deeply loved… mischief and all. Caring for dogs is an integral part of my personal routine. I structure my week around creating a calm, predictable environment where every pup feels safe, loved, and included. **Mornings: Start my day with Goose, walks, and breakfast; this sets a positive tone for any visiting pups. **Daytime: Flexible work from home / personal time allows for potty breaks, play, or snuggles as needed. **Evenings: Dedicated play, training reinforcement, and snuggle time; ensures pups have attention and care before bedtime. **Weekends / Off-Days: Focus on enrichment, socialization, or longer walks, making sure pups feel stimulated and happy while you’re away. **Overnight Stays: Structured bedtime routines and monitoring to ensure safe, restful nights for all dogs. This setup allows me to consistently provide intentional, reliable care while balancing my personal life. Goose and I are fully part of this routine, so visiting pups are seamlessly included in our daily rhythm. At Winnie’s Way, caring for dogs is part of my everyday life — it’s not an afterthought. My schedule is built around providing attention, structure, and fun for every pup in my care. Daily: Morning: Wake-up, feeding, potty break, and a short play or walk session to start the day energized Midday: Potty breaks and attention as needed, including gentle playtime or cuddles for indoor pups Evening: Feeding, supervised playtime or snuggles, and a calm wind-down before bedtime Overnight: Monitoring, comfort, and safe rest areas to ensure a restful night Weekly: Consistent feeding and walking routines tailored to each dog Enrichment activities, socialization with Goose (if appropriate), and training reinforcement Flexible schedule to accommodate special needs, puppy care, or extra-long stays I also offer optional meet-and-greets prior to overnight stays to introduce your pup to Goose and me, making sure the environment feels familiar and safe from day one. By structuring my week around the pets in my care, every dog gets the attention, consistency, and love they need — whether they’re here for a short visit, overnight, or a longer stay.

Elle is amazing ! I can’t recommend her enough. I am a helicopter parents for my two frenchies & Elle right off the bat was communicative and easy to work with. On top of that from the moment she walked in my house she got on the floor and was playing with my dogs. I can leave knowing they are with someone who loves them and will keep them safe. I couldn’t be happier !
Sophia was amazing. She treated our tortellini with the most care. 🐢💚 She was dependable, attentive, and followed all of his care instructions perfectly. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands while we were away. She even took the time to send updates, which we really appreciated. Tortellini was happy and well cared for when we got home. We would absolutely trust Sophia with him again and highly recommend her!

Pao was amazing. I had to book her less than 24 hours before our trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Having never met she communicated professionally and promptly. Updates were amazing and even brought in our trash cans without us asking! Our sweet pup was rested and happy when we got home and we will definitely book her again! Such an amazing experience!!

Avery was very communicative and responsive. She let me know when she arrived and updated me on how my pup was doing. She sent photo updates as well. My pup was in very good spirits when I got home. Thanks again Avery I really appreciate you taking great care of my pup.

Melisa and Alaysia are heaven sent! Our Minnie girl is like one of our kids and they live on her so much and are for her like their own. Minnie loves them. We feel so comfy going out of town with them watching Minnie. This time literally just a few hours before our flight we had to take Minnie to vet and she was put on meds. They were able to give her the meds while we were gone with ease and care! Soooo thankful we found the Mom/Daughter duo !!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
