I have been caring for others' dogs and cats for over a decade. With over 5 years of experience as a veterinary assistant, I can help medicate and rehabilitate pets with special needs. I am comfortable giving medications in any form as well as preparing special diets. As a greyhound owner, I have extensive experience with sight hounds and dogs with high prey drive.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is the #1 priority for me. My dogs are never off leash unless they are in a fenced in area. I will treat your pets with the same care as my own to prevent escaping from the house. My dogs each have a personalized nutrition plan to meet their individual needs. I provide dogs the mental and physical stimulation they require in a manner that is appropriate for their life stages and medical needs.

Mell was timely, responsive and so friendly. She arrived exactly when she said she would and was so great with our energetic dog Hank. He loved playing fetch with her! Mell will definitely be our go-to sitter from now on.
Mel was great! She always takes great care of our cats and lets us know as she comes and goes. We have great confidence in her abilities in minding our pets.
Mell provided excellent care for our pup during our week long vacation. She provided thorough updates and was very conscientious about the activities she engaged in with our pup depending on the weather. Very dependable and excellent communication! Also, through her magic, somehow our pup is a much better walker now after spending time with her! We could not be more pleased -- thanks again!!
