About: I've cared for dogs since age 18, including three senior pups. Friends and family trust me with pet care, and I love helping dogs. I work Monday thru Friday but I work from home on Monday and Tuesday. I have a one hour lunch Wednesday thru Friday. So I have time to play with pups. I no longer have any dogs of my own, as they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I have a large, unfenced yard with plenty of room to explore. Pups can enjoy free roam of the house or be comfortably crated if needed, depending on their routine and your preferences.
About: I have been a vet tech for 10 years. I have 3 dogs and 4 cats. I take care of outside cats as well in my neighborhood. Senior pets have a special place in my heart. I am a stay at home mom. My son does go to daycare from 8-3:30pm. He will be with me on occasion when needed, if animal is not kid friendly I will leave him with family if needed. I will spend as much time as needed with babies to senior pets. Big or small. I am able to give oral or injectable medication.
“Courtney did an amazing job caring for both of our dogs—a 14-year-old senior and a 3-year-old. They were patient and gentle with our older dog while still giving our younger dog the attention, exercise, and energy she needed. It was such a relief knowing both of our dogs were in caring, trustworthy hands. We came home to two happy pups, and that means everything to us!”

“Gabriella was fantastic. She played with our kids and wore them out. She provided great communication. Our kids loved having her watch them. We will be using Gabriella again.”

“Hallie took great care of our whole pack (two golden retrievers and a husky/lab)! She sent great updates and was really communicative throughout the day. We'll definitely be asking Hallie to come back again soon!”
About: I've had dogs by my side for 20 plus years. I've cared for scared rescues, seniors, puppies, and high energy fosters. I've potty trained dogs and got my 2 doing a series of tricks. I understand the gentle confidence of the alpha helps dogs trust. My two are good with other dogs and have both been boarded with others and had others in our care. I've got a doggie door and fenced yard with squirrels for entertainment. I've got a nice 3 mile nature loop for walks. Dogs...I love them. I'd be glad to put your mind at ease and have yours hang with my pack. I work from home and have ultimate flexibility at the moment so I can walk dogs on your schedule and adapt to your needs. I don't leave the home for more than a couple hours for errands when I'm sitting. If your needs require something different, I am able to be flexible. We have a doggie door here and an ample fenced yard. I also have 2 other small dogs to keep yours company and play along with. I sometime book two families at once. If one of the dog families is a repeat client, and I have confidence the mix will work, your dog may get an extra playmate or two. If you are uncomfortable with that possibility, just let me know so I don't double book. Because I care for many dogs, please be sure your pups are up to date on their flea treatments to ensure we keep the environment comfortable for all who pass through.
“Samantha was great with our shy cat! She took extra time to interact with him and coax him out. We really appreciated her attentiveness and care of him. Highly recommend!”
“Melanie was an amazing dog walker for Cujo! She was very communicative, sent thoughtful updates and pictures, and asked great questions to make sure she was providing the best care possible. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my pup and went above and beyond to ensure he was happy and comfortable. I would absolutely use Melanie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and trustworthy dog sitter.”

About: I’ve been around animals most of my life. From lap dogs to full protection trained dogs. I understand dog behavior and how to mitigate any potential risks. I have worked at a pet hotel and have cared for a variety of breeds, sizes and temperaments. I love animals and treat them as if they are my own. I have a very open schedule and can accommodate time frames as necessary. Home majority of the day and can care for your animal as my own! I treat all animals with love and respect as if they are my own. I emphasize professionalism and work ethic to leave both the owner and animal satisfied.
“Lorena is the best!!!! She took such great care of our two cats and really got to know each of their personalities. Would absolutely recommend asking her to care for your pets!!!”

About: Responsibility, patience, and affection. It's about ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of animals. My dogs and I are happy to care for them. D The same routine as my dogs, going out for a walk in the morning, arriving home to eat, rest, give them treats, and in the afternoon another outing to the park I take care of them as if they were my own with the same love, care and affection that I have for my dogs. C
About: Pets have always been a special part of my life. I grew up with dogs in our family home and have loved having them as part of my family. I’ve raised and cared for three family dogs over the past 22 years, so I understand how deeply we love our pets and how much they truly mean to us. I’m a loving, patient, and dependable caregiver who enjoys giving pets plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and companionship. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets in someone else’s care. Know that I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own, with patience, kindness, attention to detail, and lots of love. My goal is for your pets to be happy and well cared for and for you to have peace of mind while you’re away. Pet care would fit naturally into my daily and weekly routine. Lily, my last precious family dog passed away in January 2026, and since then, I’ve realized there’s something missing from my daily life. I’ve chosen not to have another pet of my own at this time, but I truly miss the companionship, love, cuddles and joy that dogs bring so freely. There's nothing like it! Rover feels like the perfect way to fill that “doggie cup” in my life while giving other pet parents the peace of mind that their pets are being loved and cared for. I have a flexible schedule and would genuinely look forward to making time for walks, playtime, cuddles, and companionship. Caring for your pet wouldn’t feel like a chore to me, it would be something I truly enjoy. I believe the best pet care starts with getting to know each pet and following the routine they are accustomed to! Whether I’m caring for your pet through walks, feeding, playtime, or cuddles, I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. I’ll follow your instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and any special needs or routines. I’ll give your pet plenty of attention, companionship, exercise, and affection while you’re away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. I’ll keep things clean and tidy, make sure your pet is comfortable, and provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your furry family member is in good hands.
“Amber was great with our boys! It’s always tough finding a sitter who understands how to best approach dogs with anxieties and Amber nailed it with ours. She was punctual, communicative, and tailored her care to fit each of our dog’s needs. Thanks for all your help Amber!”

I am currently in between jobs so I have a fairly flexible schedule, I am mostly busy on the weekends, but I can work with your schedule! I love animals and I will take care of your pets like they are my own and will make sure they are safe and happy.
“Gianna was great with my 3 dogs over Mother’s Day weekend. She came for the initial meet and greet and as I went over the care routine for my babies she took notes on her phone and asked questions. I loved that! She was very communicative, responsive and showed up for the Drop In’s on time. Highly recommend!”

“Chantell was great! We did a drop-in visit as a meet and greet because my dog is wary of strangers and takes time to warm up to new people. She was very knowledgeable about dog behavior, took time to listen to our concerns, and she did amazing with my dog who was calm and happy the whole visit. It really helped to make us feel more comfortable to use her services again!”

Emily did a drop-in walk for Piper, and she was fantastic! She was an excellent communicator, and I could tell from the photos that Piper took to her immediately. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Piper was in such great hands. I can’t wait to book Emily for future drop-ins!

Jeremy was exceptional!! …with me & my pets :) I was nervous using this service for the first time, and he did a tremendous job putting me (and my 3 pets) all at ease. He sent updates & pics regularly - It felt wonderful knowing they were so well taken care of for my 5 days away! Thank you, Jeremy!

Allison is amazing, we’re so lucky to have found her. From great photo updates, to daily detailed descriptions of how each of the dogs were doing, we had no concerns that our pups would be well taken care of from the first visit Allison made. She listened to everything we mentioned, played with the dogs, and took them on walks every day. Can’t recommend her enough!

Bre is simply the best ever. Our pups love her! They are more relaxed than ever when we return if they have hung out with Aunt Bre while we are away. An added touch are the amazingly entertaining updates we get throughout the day. We loved her. Our pups adore her.

We've used this sitter for several drop-in visits with our dog Cash, and every experience has been great. They're punctual, communicate clearly, and always send photo/video updates so we know exactly how Cash is doing while we're out. You can tell they really care — Cash is always relaxed and happy in the pictures, which gives us huge peace of mind. It's reassuring to have someone this trustworthy and attentive looking after him. Would book again without hesitation!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
