Normally, Nina gets very stressed when she’s away from home, but with Luisa, it was a completely different story. From the moment we met, I could tell that Luisa truly loves and understands dogs. Luisa provided a warm, comfortable, and loving environment that made Nina feel right at home. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind.
