Shannan took great care of Ginger for 5days. Through the multiple pictures, we received, I can tell that Ginger felt right at home. Ginger has special needs as she is a senior dog and Shannan was very thoughtful about it through out the stay. We are very happy to find a new and safe boarding home for Ginger. Already planned a second boarding trip here and thank you Shannan for showing all the care and love towards Ginger. We truly appreciate it.
Nita was amazing with Lola, not only she provided a lot of details about their time together but also asked very good questions aimed to care better for our dog. I could tell that Lola bonded with Nita when I picked her up and Lola went inside Nita's house, almost like saying "I don't want to leave". I recommend Nita to care for your dog and I will definitely be rebooking whenever I am out of town again.
Katie was wonderful throughout. She accommodate my last minute request that changed a couple of times. She’s very responsive and shared updates regularly. You can tell she loves what she is doing and my dog felt well cared for. We will certainly return to her whenever we are visiting our friends and family in Leander/Austin!!
