Arya came home with serious bite wounds from another dog Jeremy was simultaneously boarding. She required staples on both sides of her neck and later developed an abscess that required an emergency hospital visit. While Jeremy was transparent about the incident, took her to the vet immediately and cooperated with Rover’s claim process, the experience was deeply concerning. I would recommend caution if your dog will be boarding alongside other pets. Rover’s Trust & Safety team was very supportive throughout the process.
