Harshitha is truly amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for our Luffy! ❤️ She made her home feel like a true home away from home for him, and that means the world to us as pet parents. Luffy is a very, very picky eater, so following his feeding routine correctly is extremely important. Harshitha patiently listened to every little detail about how we feed him and followed the exact same routine with so much care and attention. She made sure he ate properly and gave him his medication every single day, which is absolutely essential for his health. What impressed us the most was how attentive she was to every detail. She kept us updated daily about his food, medication, sleep, and overall well-being, sharing pictures and videos throughout his stay. Those updates were so special to us because they helped us feel close to Luffy even when we were away. 🥹❤️ Another thing that made his stay so wonderful was the love and attention he received throughout the day. Harshitha made sure he had time for walks, backyard playtime, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy himself. Her sweet dog, Arya, has become such a good friend to Luffy, and it makes us so happy knowing he had a furry companion to play with and spend time with. Her kids are absolutely amazing too! They were so wonderful with Luffy, and it’s clear that he loved being around them. Honestly, Luffy loved their place so much that it felt like he was enjoying a little vacation of his own! 🐾❤️ It’s not easy to leave your fur baby with someone else, especially when they have specific eating habits and daily medication needs. But Harshitha made the entire experience so comfortable and stress-free for us. Her patience, kindness, responsibility, and genuine love for Luffy gave us so much peace of mind. She didn’t just take care of his basic needs; she made sure he was comfortable, happy, loved, and well looked after. Jonathan did a great job caring for Gus. He made him feel like part of the family while we were gone for 10 days. He took him on walks/runs and even improved his willingness to bring the ball back to you. Having no other dogs in the house was a big attraction for us and worked best for Gus. The updates Jon sent helped us know he was fine while we were halfway around the world. This was our first boarding experience, and Jon made it great - thank you!
Our boy Stewart was in great hands with Maegan! She sent many updates throughout our trip with pictures included. Her daughter was a big help too and loved on our boy more than we could have ever hoped. It was obvious he had a great time with them. Melissa was amazing! She was able to accommodate my super late minute need for a sitter. She sent me updates and pictures throughout my Toby’s stay with her. I was super nervous at first. We had such a great experience with Jiaxun! He accepted our last-minute request during a long weekend, which already helped us out so much. Throughout the stay, he kept us updated with frequent photos and messages, and always asked thoughtful clarifying questions whenever needed. Our dog is very anxious in new environments and can be quite resource guarding, so we’re always nervous leaving him with someone new. But he’s also incredibly affectionate once he feels genuinely cared for, and it was obvious our sitter truly cared about him. We could tell our dog felt safe and comfortable, which means everything to us. We’re so grateful for the patience, kindness, and attention he gave our pup. Highly recommend!
Chloe and her family were such a gift to us this Christmas. We needed 8 days over a holiday (with very short notice) and have 2 precious but very attached Cavalier King Charles Spaniels....it could have been so stressful, but Chloe's son and daughter greeted us with a hand drawing of our girls and their excitement calmed any uncertainly. Not only did Chloe expertly care for our 2 pups, they made them part of the family for the holiday. We could not be more pleased or more grateful for the care and love they were given. We hate leaving our pups behind, but daily photos from Chloe and the thoughtful way she grew to know their personalities so quickly made our time away so much more relaxing.
