About: (New to Jonestown, from Houston!) I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals from a very young age. I realize I had a knack for caring for animals and also training animals. I dove into dogs psychology, and just kept learning more about how dogs communicate with each other and the boundaries that dogs set that goes unnoticed by humans and the respect that each dog needs to be given to earn their complete trust I am currently work as a realtor who just also really enjoys spending time out doors and with my dogs. So I decided that why shouldn’t I make others peoples lives easier by helping care for their dogs, I am already outdoors or just out an about. Let me care for others pets the way I would like my pets to be cared for. I have a completely fenced yard 8ft high. All gates are have a self shutting mechanisms. As an added layer to the protection of my yard. All gates have signs that indicate dogs are in the yard and gates MUST be shut at all times. I also carry a doggy fanny pack with an extra leash and treats to ensure comfort for the pets and their parents at all times when transporting them.
“Swetha and Venkateswaran were great to say the least! As someone who is very detail oriented, I really appreciated the process and communication that they outlined. Would highly recommend having your pup stay with them. Thank you, Swetha and Venkateswaran!”

“We were so thankful that Satrishna was open to providing daycare on short notice for our dog Monty. Her dog, Fluffy, was a friendly playmate. Monty came home happy & tired from lots of playtime. Highly recommend.”

“Sherlock loves his stays with Sravya! He is usually hesitant when if I leave him somewhere new but his second time with her he didn't even look back at me as he trotted along behind her into the house. She gives him all day attention and love, treats, playtime. She has been very flexible with bookings and communicates woth us well ahead of time.”

“Sherron was an excellent per sitter! Her communication was excellent. She sent pics, daily updates and even provided links to products my pup was liking because I want to get them! Thank you!!”

“Francesca is by far one of the best dog sitters I’ve had ever worked with. Her compassion for animals does not go unnoticed and she is always willing to accommodate if she’s able too. Her fur babies are sweet and my Simba loved making new friends. Highly reliable and I don’t plan on doing business anywhere else anytime soon. Thanks a ton!”

“Katherine was amazing! We were dropping our puppy off on our way to a wedding and were running behind schedule. She met us on her driveway so that we could just hand him over which was so helpful! We made it to the wedding on time!!”

“Shannan did an excellent job taking care of my pups for the day. She was accommodating and friendly, and she managed to take more pictures of my pups than even my wife (no small feat). Absolutely will book again.”

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my 30 years of hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals, combined with an intuitive ability to understand their emotional and physical needs. I don’t just provide basic care—I offer calm, attentive, connection-based support that helps animals feel safe, seen, and understood while their families are away. From sensitive pets to high-energy personalities to animals with unique routines, I adapt easily and confidently. My background allows me to notice subtle changes, respond with compassion, and maintain a peaceful environment that keeps pets relaxed and happy. Every animal is treated with the same care, respect, and gentleness I give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because it’s something I’ve been dedicated to for decades. My schedule is flexible and intentionally built around being available for the pets I care for. Whether it’s morning check-ins, mid-day visits, evening routines, or overnight stays, I make space to ensure each pet gets consistent attention, comfort, and the time they need to feel safe and supported. I provide a safe, trustworthy, and calming environment whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in yours. I live in a highly sought-after neighborhood surrounded by safe parks, and my home includes a fully fenced yard, comfortable spaces, and all the tools needed to create a “home-away-from-home” experience—not a kennel environment. Pets enjoy freedom, comfort, and structure without feeling confined or stressed. With my CPDT-KA certification and veterinary assistant experience, I’m trained to recognize stress signals, prevent anxiety, and create a peaceful routine that helps every pet feel secure, understood, and truly at ease.
About: I offer a safe, loving home with plenty of attention, playtime, and outdoor walks. Great for friendly, active dogs who enjoy companionship and a caring routine. I work remotely from home, so your dog will always be under care and attention throughout the day. My schedule allows plenty of time for walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship, ensuring dogs are never left alone for long. I provide a calm, clean, and safe home environment. I closely supervise all interactions, follow each dog’s routine and feeding instructions, and prioritize safety, comfort, and stress-free care at all times.
“She was very kind and accommodating with both pick up and drop off. She also gave very good photos texted to us during our pup's stay that me and my wife loved. I wish I could rate her higher I would definitely be using her services again the next time I need my pup looked after.”

About: If your dog has ever tried to go home with someone else - it was me. It happens all the time. I’m absolutely a dog person, but I grew up with cats and have a great time with them too. Animals have always been part of my everyday life. I currently have two dogs of my own, and I’ve been pet sitting unofficially for years. I joined Rover in 2023 and have built up a solid group of long-term, regular clients since then. This isn’t a side gig for me. This is what I do. I love it, I take it seriously, and your pet is my priority while we’re together. Dogs and I get along pretty quickly. I haven’t met one yet that didn’t have a great time while we were out together, and many of them would happily come home with me if given the chance. I love walking pups when it’s hot, when it’s cold, and when the weather is perfect. I’m very safety-focused and always consider the dog in front of me. Weather, age, size, build, health needs, and personality quirks all matter. A young, high-energy dog and a senior pup don’t have the same needs and I change what I do based upon who I am with. My goal is for pets to be safe, cared for, and excited to see me. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, adult dogs, and senior pets. I have experience with dogs who take medications, have medical needs, are adopted, fearful, or still warming up to new people. I’m patient, observant, and good at meeting dogs where they are. I regularly serve the 78750, 78729, 78759, and 78613 areas. Meet and greets are usually under 20 minutes and are just a low-key chance for us to chat about your pet’s routine and needs, for me to meet your pet, and for everyone to make sure it feels like a good fit moving forward. I offer dog walking, drop-ins, house sitting, and doggy daycare. Boarding and daycare are available for dogs I’m already familiar with or after a meet and greet where everyone is comfortable. If what you’re looking for doesn’t quite fit into Rover’s standard options, reach out anyway. I’m always open to talking through unique schedules, custom care, or something a little outside the box. I have dog toys, Chuck It and fetch toys, dog puzzles, and cat toys that I can bring along to enhance a visit or booking. If there’s something specific that helps your pet feel happy or settled, we can talk it through. I’m a big communicator and share lots of photo & updates. I’m insured for extra peace of mind. If you have questions, want to see if I’m a good fit, or just want to chat through what you’re looking for, message me anytime. 😊 My schedule is pretty flexible Monday through Friday, and I’m generally available between 8am and 7pm. I can also accommodate the occasional late evening drop-in if needed. I do take weekend bookings, but I recommend scheduling those in advance since I have several regular clients and want to make sure I can give every pet the attention they deserve. I have a fenced in yard that has already been dog proofed for my own dogs. I have a crate for a very large dog that can be used if needed. Our house is non smoking. Dogs can be on the couch if they have good manners and we have a million dog beds to make sure they are comfortable.

“Skye had a great time with Satnam. Satnam was available on a very short notice. She played with my dog and made my dog tired. This is very rare for a terrier. I will definitely contact her in the future”

About: Hello, my name is Lynn P. I am a mother with 2 dogs. I have a 7-year-old jack Russell terrier his name is Max. And I also have a 3-year-old Doberman name is Apollo. They're both very calm and loved and well behaved and loves to meet new friends to hang out with. Apollo and Max sure knows how to welcome new dogs in the house they're both very gentle and playful at the same time. I work from home most of my time through the week. So, they will get lots of attention throughout the days. I usually take the boys out 3x a day to stretch out their legs and burn off some energy. Don't worry your dogs will get the same love as my own dogs. I will care for your pets and make sure they are comfortable and safe. They will get more attention than my own dog probably. Just kidding. Not only you will gain my trust with your family dog, but your dog will also make new friends. Currently working from home most of the time of the week. I am open for new guest to join the club. I have two dogs myself and my daughter loves keeping them entertain. I have a balcony where they can go out to sunbathe both my dogs love doing that during the afternoon. But they don’t use it to pee or poop it’s only for relaxing if they want fresh air. I also take the boys out in the morning and afternoon and one last walk before bedtime. My boys get 2 meals a day along with their vitamins. And after a nice walk they will be reward for dog dental treat.
About: I've been a Petsitter with Rover since October of 2020 and am just returning from pregnacy leave for my second child, who just turned 6 months old!! In addition to in-home care, I also have experience working in a corporate boarding facility and Ive previously fostered dogs/puppies throughout all stages of adoption. I've owned or cared for almost every type of domesticated animal imaginable - dogs of all ages and sizes, cats, hamsters, lizards, snakes (iguanas, bearded dragons, geckos, veiled chameleons), even a ferret and racoon. I have experience with weaning/potty-training, elderly care and special needs (diabetes, incontenence, vision or hearing impaired, etc.) Part of the fun is getting to spend time with all kinds of different animals from Great Danes and Cane Corsos to diabetic cats to a nursing mom and babies. I love what I do and that's why I do it. I enjoy leaning to understanding each individuals personality. I'd love the opportunity to meet and spend time with your babies, furry or not! I am available 24/7/365. I'm usually able to accommodate short notice or same day requests for services and try to accept all booking requests I receive. I understand how things come up last minute and our pets can't always come along so that's why I offer services through Rover. I like being able to make your life as a pet owner a little easier and help ease any stress pet parents feel when its time to leave to take care of "people things". I know the last thing you want is to worry about your pets being safe and happy when your gone and have other things going on. Pet parents can contact me anytime during a booking - day or night, for updates and/or pictures. I structure communication based on owner preferences, as to not overwhelm you nor leave you feeling any stress. Repeat clients always take first priority with me because the animals I've spent a lot of time are very important to me and I value the relationships I build with them. But more than that, I sincerely appreciate what it means when pet parents trust me enough to welcome me back into their homes and i know they count on me to be there when thy need someone they trust. I accept new clients as long as I have the availability and I take every opportunity to meet new friends. My ultimate goal is to make your pet feel comfortable and to make you feel confident that your babies are safe and happy when they're with me so feel free to ask anything I don't cover here. I accommodate most special request so please don't be afraid to ask!! I am here to provide the level of service you and your pets need!
