Sarah did a fantastic job for me while I was out of the Country for 10 days on vacation. She showed up everyday I was out, at the time designated. Not only did she feed my cats the mix of dry and wet food, change water every day, scoop the litter box and put it in plastic bags like I requested, swept up loose litter gravel, cleaned up some kitty vomit, emptied the trash can when it was full of bags of litter scoopings and even watered my 3 plants outside. She also helped me with my video surveillance system when I was having problems accessing it. She is very easy going, friendly, reliable and you can tell she really loves animals. I was very confident and comfortable knowing my little buddies were well taken care of while I was 6000 miles away in Greece. This is the second time we've had Alexandra take care of our kittens. She was great with Georgie and Paulie. She did not miss a feeding time, and kept their food area very clean. Even their food supplies were organized and tidy when we got home. And even though she had never worked with a Litter Robot, she picked that up quickly. We will use Alexandra on future trips. We highly recommend her.
