She went above and beyond when one cat vomited on a sweater, Savannah pretreated it and set it aside with a note for us. This is the second time we've had Alexandra take care of our kittens. She was great with Georgie and Paulie. She did not miss a feeding time, and kept their food area very clean. Even their food supplies were organized and tidy when we got home. And even though she had never worked with a Litter Robot, she picked that up quickly. We will use Alexandra on future trips. We highly recommend her.
We had another great experience with Mackenzie! Everything was exactly how we left it, and the house was vacuumed just like I asked. Most importantly, our pets were so happy and relaxed when we got home. We definitely recommend her, and we’ll for sure keep her in mind for future bookings.
