Sascha is normally very skittish and tends to hide from new people, but Debra was so patient and wonderful with her that Sascha started coming out after just a day or two. Tetyana was fantastic! She took excellent care of my two young kittens and followed all of my instructions perfectly. She sent several photos during each visit and stayed for the full 30 minutes every time, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. This was my second time using Rover, and the experience was night and day compared to my first sitter, who only stayed about 10 minutes per visit. Tetyana was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about my pets. I would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.
Ashley was and has been absolutely fantastic! I came home after a 12 day trip, and my cat seemed so well loved and cared for! Ashley noticed her automatic water fountain seemed a bit dirty and she went out of her way to find a bowl to ensure that the water she was consuming was clean and good. She emptied the litter box, swept up Riot’s room (I know she gets feisty with her cardboard scratching box), and followed every note that I left to the smallest detail. I even asked her to water my larger plants every day while I was away, and they’re flourishing! She is absolutely wonderful and so so so kind.
