“Joy took great care of my 2 cats! They really seemed to like her and feel comfortable around her. She agreed to a quick meet and greet with me and the cats before our booking, which I really appreciated and made my cats feel calmer during the visits. Will be rebooking with Joy!”

“Marina did an awesome job taking on a last minute request for me, AND as a first-time sitter for me! She is very detail-oriented and did an excellent job ensuring my cat received several supplements and a medication.”

“Annabelle went above and beyond for our boy! She came and checked on him when it was outside her window and didn't ask for anything in return, sent pictures and did everything he needed for him including snuggles and pets.”

“Crystal did an incredible job watching my cat while I was out of town! She spent lots of quality time with her, made sure she was comfortable, gave treats, and sent frequent photo updates that really put me at ease. I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying for a second. I highly recommend Crystal and would absolutely book with her again!”

“Renada was absolutely amazing!!! This is my first time using Rover and I was a little hesitant. Renada communicated well with me and that eased my mind. Both of my animals of course were excited to see me, however they were content when I arrived home. I enjoyed all the pics and videos of my babies! I wish I could give 1000 stars! I will definitely use Renada in the future!”

“Yenah was awesome with both of my pets! She did a great job accommodating our requests. Pluto and Goose really loved her and seemed so happy when she was over. Thanks Yenah!!”

“Tetyana is simply the best! I feel so lucky to have found her, as she takes such great care of my dog and bunny while I am traveling. She is always on time, stays for the full duration, and follows any instructions or preferences. She's also kind enough to go above-and-beyond to do things like bring in the trash cans from the street and water the flowers if they look wilted. Only reason I am hesitant to leave a review is because more people will know and book her! :) 10/10 Highly Recommend”

“So thankful for Mina & Anthony for this last minute accommodation. This is my first time hiring someone through Rover and they eased my anxiety and were so kind to my senior German Shepherd as well as my puppy chihuahua mix. I will deff be asking them again for help in the future with my boys!!!”

“Pressley did an amazing job with my pup, Mochi! She was able to meet both of us prior which I appreciate, and right off the bat I could tell she was a great fit. Mochi immediately was excited to meet her, she communicates quickly, and overall did a fantastic job looking after him! 10/10😊”

“Lizzy took great care of Daphne. This was right after Hurricane Beryl and it was very helpful that Lizzy took care of Daphne and was one less thing for me to worry about when I was having to work extra hours.”

“Faith was so kind and caring with my dog! She sent the sweetest report cards to look at while I was away at work, and went above and beyond my expectations! I know my dog enjoyed her company! I never worried about a thing, she communicated so well. Appreciate her so much! 💗”

“Becky was great! She took good care of Momo, made sure he was fed and litter box was cleaned. She also sent pictures and let me know how Momo was doing when we were gone.”

“Jessica was amazing! First time using Rover and we were not disappointed! We have 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs and Jessica did amazing keeping us updated and giving us peace of mind! We will definitely rebook!”

“Rachel was very thorough, thoughtful, friendly, and loving with our pets. Our shy cats were following her around within a few days and our dog clearly adores her, which says it all! She was great about checking in and asking about anything that came up. I also really enjoyed chatting with her about sourdough!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Wells Branch
Tetyana was fantastic! She took excellent care of my two young kittens and followed all of my instructions perfectly. She sent several photos during each visit and stayed for the full 30 minutes every time, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. This was my second time using Rover, and the experience was night and day compared to my first sitter, who only stayed about 10 minutes per visit. Tetyana was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about my pets. I would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.

Debra is an angel for my boy, Luke! She makes sure he has toys and she takes care of meds, food, treats, and litter. She monitors his food n drink and reports anything unusual for me to assess and respond. Debra's been Luke's sitter for several years and we look forward to more.

Ashley was and has been absolutely fantastic! I came home after a 12 day trip, and my cat seemed so well loved and cared for! Ashley noticed her automatic water fountain seemed a bit dirty and she went out of her way to find a bowl to ensure that the water she was consuming was clean and good. She emptied the litter box, swept up Riot’s room (I know she gets feisty with her cardboard scratching box), and followed every note that I left to the smallest detail. I even asked her to water my larger plants every day while I was away, and they’re flourishing! She is absolutely wonderful and so so so kind. I will endlessly trust her with my little Riot as long as she’s available. Thank you so so so much, Ashley!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Wells Branch. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
