I have experience administering medications, including insulin injections, providing wound care, caring for feeding tubes, and managing specialty diets and dietary needs. I’m also comfortable caring for pets recovering from injuries or requiring extra attention. My nursing background has taught me to be observant, compassionate, and calm in stressful situations. I trained my own 6-year-old dog, who is incredibly well-behaved, and my experience on the management team at the Austin Aquarium provided additional hands-on animal care experience. I truly love animals and will treat your pets like my own! 🐾❤️ I am currently working full time job, Tuesday- Saturday from 9am-4pm, off Sundays and Mondays. I am able to be flexible, so please let me know what you need and I will always try to accommodate your needs to the best of my ability. I am able to take extended lunches if needed to come by around lunchtime. I would prefer to come to your house, to ensure your pets are the most comfortable while you are away. This is the second time we've had Alexandra take care of our kittens. She was great with Georgie and Paulie. She did not miss a feeding time, and kept their food area very clean. Even their food supplies were organized and tidy when we got home. And even though she had never worked with a Litter Robot, she picked that up quickly. We will use Alexandra on future trips. We highly recommend her.
Kailee took wonderful care of Romeu and Nina while we traveled. She sent regular updates and photos, followed all their routines, and clearly gave them lots of love and attention. We came home to two happy, relaxed pets and a tidy house. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely book her again!
