“Tawnya was amazing taking care of our dogs while we were out of town! Wonderful pictures of our boys accompanied a complete and through description of what they got up to while she was with them. She truly went above and beyond!”

About: My family has always been a pet family! I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, parakeets, and guinea pigs since I was a small child and so I’m very well-versed in their specific wants and needs. In terms of taking care of other people’s pets I have been petsitting for years now, but it’s all just been through family/friend recommendations and I’ve received nothing but glowing reviews! I hope you’ll trust me to take the utmost of care for your furry friends so you can sit back, relax, and know they’re in good hands :) I’m currently a flight school student at the Georgetown Airport which requires usually a 2-hour block of my time for 6 days a week. Other than that I am completely free 7 days a week for full-time animal care, and last-minute bookings are completely fine with me! I make sure to keep notes on each pet’s needs for each individual client as well as for any precautions I need to take for your specific homes, and I will always send detailed updates and photos so that you can always be in the know about how your best friend is doing!

“Kellye was prompt to our meet and greet and took notes on all the codes, building numbers, etc I had to impart on her. She smiled and was very nice to my dog and I. My dog saddled right up to her. Yesterday was her first visit. She communicated in advance bc it was snowing to make sure our plans for Falkor's visit were the same due to the weather. Showed up on time for his visit and quickly replies to my ROVER messages. Def will use again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for a variety of neighbors and friends for the last 5 years. I have cared for small, medium, and large dogs. The largest dog was around 140 pounds. I have also looked after cats. I work full time Monday-Thursday, so I am mainly looking for opportunities over the weekend. However, I have a flexible work schedule so I can stop by during my lunch break as needed. I have lots of exposure to a variety of animals so I am excited to get to know your pet and make them feel loved while you are away! I love talking to my pets at home, giving them treats, going on walks, and cuddling on the couch.
“Five stars for Jacqueline! She walks Toby 4 times a week for 1 month now and she brings so much peace of mind. Reading her sweet comments and seeing Toby's pictures makes it feel like I'm on their walk. It’s a wonderful feeling knowing he is so genuinely loved and cared for while I’m away. 🦮🐾”

“Hayden really came in clutch! I had a last minute cancellation and needed someone to let’s my pups out and take them on a walk. Hayden was extremely flexible and responsive. Thank you SO much!”

“Carina was amazing. My puppy had so much fun under her care. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding overexcited dogs and puppies. I will recommend her to everyone!”

About: Growing up, my home was always filled with many dogs and that early experience taught me how to understand different personalities and make every pup feel comfortable. Over the years I’ve also been a trusted dog sitter for friends, neighbors, and family, caring for dogs with all sorts of routines and energy levels. I’m confident with puppies who need structure, older dogs who need patience, and everything in between. What sets me apart is the calm, reliable care I bring to every visit and my ability to adapt to each dog’s unique needs so they feel safe, happy, and right at home. Pet care fits easily into my routine, especially during the summer when I’m home from college and have plenty of availability. I’m able to schedule visits, walks, and check‑ins throughout the day, so pets get consistent attention and care. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I follow your instructions closely — feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special needs — so your pet feels secure in their own space. I take time to build trust, offer plenty of attention, and keep things clean . Since I’m home from college for the summer and have lots of flexibility, I’m able to give pets consistent check‑ins and companionship throughout the day.
“Great sitter for my family once again! Please consider in booking if you need an extra hand to watch over with love and support for your dogs♥︎ My dogs adore her presence and I know that’s someone to trust in watching over your fur babies!”

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, and caring for animals is something I truly enjoy. Being retired allows me to be reliable, flexible, and fully present for your pet's needs. I'm dependable, always on time, and committed to providing a safe and loving environment. I also have experience working with puppies and rescue dogs, so l understand different behaviors and how to handle them with patience and care. + Ask anything I’m retired and my schedule allows me to make more visits in a day and take short notice appointments depending on my schedule, which will be made available to all of you. I care for my pets in a very consistent manner, feeding, in a schedule making play time, walks, some training, talking with your pet in a very calm way works wonders.
“Bianca was very prompt and communicative. She shared photos of Scooter on the walk and of his play time. Scooter loved meeting her! Highly recommend and would definitely use her services again.”

About: Laura has been working in the animal rescue community for 30+ years and is a approved foster for Williamson Country Regional Shelter, Austin Pets Alive, Bastrop Animal Rescue and Austin Dog Rescue. Laura and her husband are the founders of the Zwahlen-Benet Rescue Ranch where we have 3 horses, 2 goats, 2 pigs, 4 cats and 2 dogs. In order to help fund our work with animals, we provide care to other critters! Our passion is animal welfare. Our personal cats and dogs don't do well in boarding + the cost has become egregious and it simply doesn't need to be. Our goal is to make it comfortable for your pups/cats while affordable for their families. Laura does have hospice care experience and can manage medications, injections and tube feeding. Additional fees may apply for medical services. I work from home and travel very rarely so have a lot of flexibility. I love breaking up the day by going to visit critters in the area. I aim to keep them as comfortable as possible in the comfort of their own environment and routine. I work with animals of all types. Just ask!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was ten years old and treat each one as if they were my own. I’ve cared for my own dog as well as those of friends and family, and I’ve always loved the energy, loyalty, and affection that dogs bring into our lives. From energetic dogs to seniors needing extra patience and care, I have experience with dogs at every life stage. When my own dog got older, I was the one in my family who took on his daily care, so I understand the special attention senior dogs require. Whether it’s walking, feeding, playtime, or administering medication, I’m attentive, reliable, and committed to making your pet feel safe and loved while you’re away. I know how important peace of mind is when leaving your pet in someone else’s care, so I’ll always provide regular updates and photos to keep you connected. I currently have a lot of free time to take care of your dog. I can work early mornings to around 4 or 5 pm and I can sometimes work even later. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, routine, and any special needs to ensure they feel secure and cared for while you’re away. I always follow your instructions closely and never leave pets unattended during walks or playtime. I’m careful with leashes, gates, and home access to prevent accidents or escapes. I understand how important trust is when someone else is caring for your pet and your home, and I take that responsibility seriously. You can count on me to communicate openly, show up reliably, and treat your pet—and your space—with the same care and respect I would expect for my own.

Brushy Creek dog parents share their Rover experiences
Nancy has been walking our pups for a while now and it’s going great. Communications are easy, she’s on time and open to feedback (like making sure our boys don’t sniff every 2 feet instead of walking), and sharing helpful info on the Rover card. Highly recommend!
