I don't discriminate based on breed. All non aggressive animals are welcome. I do need to be informed of any behavior issues such as resource guarding etc to ensure everyone is safe.

I offer care in your own home to reduce the stress on your fur baby and keep them safe and sound while you are away. I can care for dogs, cats and multiple other animals. Please just ask!

Pet care experience
Laura has been working in the animal rescue community for 30+ years and is a approved foster for Williamson Country Regional Shelter, Austin Pets Alive, Bastrop Animal Rescue and Austin Dog Rescue. Laura and her husband are the founders of the Zwahlen-Benet Rescue Ranch where we have 3 horses, 2 goats, 2 pigs, 4 cats and 2 dogs. In order to help fund our work with animals, we provide care to other critters! Our passion is animal welfare. Our personal cats and dogs don't do well in boarding + the cost has become egregious and it simply doesn't need to be. Our goal is to make it comfortable for your pups/cats while affordable for their families. Laura does have hospice care experience and can manage medications, injections and tube feeding. Additional fees may apply for medical services.
