About: I've been working as a dog groomer for the past two years, but had to pause that to focus on my health. I've volunteered walking dogs in animal shelters, and as a child mucked horse barns and brushed/washed horses in exchange for riding lessons. 😂 I've loved animals my entire life. I was raised in a family of 2-6 dogs (it increased frequently) and will admit only here that I loved them more than I loved my sister! I'm currently coming out of treatment and unemployed, so I have plenty of time to watch your furry friends! My only obligations are a weekly monday appointment and a biweekly friday appointment. I have a very nice, soft voice for any frightened pups, and am told I'm a bit of an animal whisperer. I will do my very best to connect with your animals and individualize my care in any way I can!

“This was the first time we have had someone house sit with our dog. Our senior pup has become more anxious when left for longer periods of time. When he was younger, he had no problem with our neighbors just dropping by occ to fed and let out. We started taking to vet for longer boards (3+days) but he was so anxious after we picked him up, that he would not let us out of his sight. Soo, we decided to try someone staying with him. Rebecca did Great! She was gentle with him and his needs, kept the house clean, followed our directions and tried to accomplish requests as we were away. Quick communication back when we texted. Our pup was calm and did not appear stressed when we got home. He kept looking for Rebecca, though. Missed her. :-)”

My son was very nervous leaving his pets, so she sent daily pictures with notes on what they were doing each day, which greatly helped put his anxiety at ease. I’m available at almost any time, as I don’t start school until August! I can stay over night on most weekends, but just check with me to be sure! I have a portable crate that can take small-medium dogs or cats on adventures! I can do walks, clean up, playtime, sleepovers and lots of cuddles!
