“Kayla was AMAZING. We had never left our animals before (three Aussies, two lizards, and a parakeet), so we were nervous about how they would respond for someone completely new. To summarize, I’m pretty sure they never even blinked at eye at us being gone for a week because they were so happy and well taken care of by Kayla! Every photo she sent (we received daily check-ins!) they were smiling away without a care in the world! We were instantly relieved and felt completely at ease knowing they were so happy. We also had a major plumbing emergency at our home while we were away, and Kayla took care of everything! Even though our home was new to her at the time of the emergency, it was only her first day there, she immediately located our main water line, shut everything off, moved our antique furniture to ensure it wasn’t damaged, and even stayed and communicated with our plumber through the entire thing! Because of her extremely quick response and action, our home was spared from major damage.
