This directly correlated to why he looked so youthful and possessed such intelligence, because he was exercised. So even if I exercise your dog, I hope you also get to partake in this ritual for the physical and mental well-being of your baby. Not to mention for your bond! I establish my leadership calmly, and then I greet your dog. I like to take them outside for relief / exercise or a walk and upon our return, we top off water and food. If I am allowed, I like sitting with or playing with your dog, and massaging their big joints and paws, so they feel cared for. Then if time permits, I stay in the same room and do some of my own work so they can feel my presence for a good chunk of time before I depart/they are left alone again.

About: I’ve always grown up with dogs, worked at a vet clinic when I was younger, and became a doggie foster as an adult. I have experience caring for senior pups as well. I'll treat your pup as a loved family member. Rest assured, your fur baby will be in good hands. I am mostly a stay a home mom. I take my dog to the dog park daily, and when the weather is nice we will walk Town Lake. I have cameras in my home and on the property. If I am not home I can take a look at how the dogs are doing. I am not available on weekends currently. In most cases, I can have a drop off scheduled for evenings on Sunday if necessary but pick up will have to be on Friday by 6pm. I do not have any pets currently. I just lost my 5 year old pup to cancer. She was my life. I trained her with hand signals. She was well behaved and my travel companion. I love dogs and have the patience and availability to care for them. I have a patio with a dog hammock for relaxing. I have two crates and multiple beds set up in different rooms - my bedroom, my office and the living room. Dogs are allowed on the couch and if they are more comfy sleeping in the bed, I'm ok with that. I have trails all around my complex that I walk daily for leash walks and a nice dog park. If your dog is not friendly with other dogs but still needs exercise, I have the freedom to go to the dog park during the day when the park is mostly empty. I have a group of friends that my pup played with at the dog park and it is a great community here.

About: I’ve cared for my own dogs and helped watch pets for friends and family for several years. I’m especially comfortable with high-energy and vocal dogs since I’ve owned a Husky and a Sheltie, so barking, excitement, and big personalities don’t bother me at all. I recently graduated and am currently searching for jobs, so I have plenty of free time to dedicate to pet care. I’m available every day of the week and have a very flexible schedule throughout the day! I always try to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed whether I’m in my home or the owner’s home. “Bassam was an absolute lifesaver with a last second request, and the best part is that our girl was tuckered out and happy when we picked her up. She was wagging her tail and clearly felt super comfortable with Bassam even though she can be shy at first. We got multiple pupdates throughout with photos of her running around with the other dogs in a lovely outdoor fenced in yard. The quick communication, seamless drop off and pick up and the excellent care for our June meant the world. It gave us so much peace of mind and we could not recommend Bassam more! 10/10. “Kristen did a great job taking care of Luke, Luke stayed with Kristen few times, she always kept me up to date with messages and photos on how Luke was doing. Luke had some paw injury last time he stayed with Kristen, she was able to take him for a vet check up while I was away for 2.5 weeks, I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend Kristen and would certainly looking forward to having Luke revisit Kristen if I ever need a sitter for Luke.”
