With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a flexible freelance schedule and currently no full-time job. This allows me to dedicate consistent time and attention to the pets I care for throughout the day. I’m able to plan my work around walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, and playtime, making sure each pet gets reliable care and attention. Because of this flexibility, I’m also available for morning, midday, evening, and weekend visits when needed. My routine allows me to be dependable, responsive to pet parents, and fully focused on providing safe, attentive care for every pet. I provide attentive, reliable care that keeps pets comfortable and safe in their usual environment. In a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—feeding on schedule, providing fresh water, taking dogs on walks, cleaning up after them, and making sure they get plenty of playtime, exercise, and affection. I also monitor their behavior and well-being to ensure they are happy and healthy while you’re away. For drop-ins or walks, I make sure pets get the physical activity and attention they need, along with bathroom breaks and any specific care instructions you provide. I respect your home, keep things clean, and send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is doing well. My goal is to make pets feel safe, loved, and stress-free while giving owners peace of mind.

I've taken care of many friends and family dogs throughout the years when their owners would go on vacations. I have experience taking care of multiple dogs at once where I walked them, played, and fed their pets for many weeks. I finally found my forever furend, Romeo who is now a 7-month-old pomsky! Romeo is playful and loving. He will be a great companion to your furry friend during their stay with us! I am working from home and I am very flexible on taking your pets on walks throughout the day. I have a private rooftop I can bring them to, a nice quiet neighborhood area to walk around and there is a dog park 25 minutes away. Any and all instructions you leave for me will be followed with the utmost care to keep your little buddy happy! My daycare services are from 9 am - 6 pm daily; the cut-off time for boarding services is by 6 pm daily. My dog-friendly apartment building has a private balcony where your fur baby can enjoy the fresh breeze throughout the day. I also have an amazing, beautiful rooftop that has fake grass where your pet will enjoy running around! I have provided a photo of the gorgeous private rooftop below. I have a spacious 2 bedroom apartment that is clean, mopped, and vacuumed daily. Your pet will have a private and quiet area to rest and spend their day happily!

“Dominique is wonderful, kind, communicative, super responsive, and a joy to work with. We have a nervous, 95 lb pup and I’m a nervous dog mom - Dominique took so much time to make us both feel comfortable for Saint’s first boarding - sending tons of pictures and always staying in touch. Dominique also walks Saint once a week (so we could make sure our nervous pup was prepared for this boarding) and Saint absolutely adores them. Saint almost never gets excited to see “strangers”, but when Dominique comes to pick her up, Saint thinks she’s hanging out with her best friends. There’s days Saint knows Dominique will be coming for her walk, and she’ll sit by the door waiting, given how Saint is super shy, seeing her look forward to a friend coming over like this makes me so happy. Dominique knows dogs, with a background in dog training, they knew exactly how to make Saint feel comfortable in no time at all (Dominique was “friends” with Saint within five minutes of her first walk!!). We would recommend Dominique without hesitation to anyone in the area.”
