It’s been about five years since I’ve had a dog of my own. My last dog’s name was Sasha. We adopted her when she was six and had her until she was about thirteen. She was so smart, loving, and anxious when we first got her so our first few years together were spent establishing trust. Eventually we managed to off-leash train and we worked a lot on her recall so that we could enjoy longer walks and outdoor activities while ensuring that she always felt safe in her environment. At home we set her bed up in the kitchen, where we would pass our time cooking and spending a lot of quality time together. I had so many good years with my Sasha, and since she passed I have genuinely missed spending time with animals on a consistent basis. Since then, most if not all of my friends and family have entrusted me with taking care of their animals when they are busy or traveling, so I’ve had a lot of experience with many different pets and their varying needs/personalities. I work freelance as an artist. I am a musician, so I often stay at home practicing or composing. However most of my work is in the film industry, and this work ranges from smaller independent projects to network television. Although I do work on set sometimes, I try to take on as many post-production gigs as possible, so I often find myself sitting behind a desk all day. I have always made it a priority to work in a field that I am passionate about, and my decision to work with Rover has been no different. Caring for animals is not only something I am passionate about, but also a wonderful opportunity to go on walks and spend quality time with pets. About: I am a med student student who loves animals. I have been dog-sitting since I was a freshman in high school. I started off caring for an elderly dog who had a difficult time walking. I have also worked with a dog who had a limp due to an injured leg and needed to be given medication on time. I also like baking and I tend to bake treats for my pets. I don't have a fence, however, I am at my desk when I am working. So I will be able to provide constant company to your pet. I love to go on walks and will take the pet as often as they need. I do not have my own yard, however, I do have a small fenced-in area I can take the dog for play time.

About: I’ve taken care of all my family pets as well as my friends pets too. I don’t mind bathing or walking them, feeding as well of course. I do work a full time job, but I get out early so I have time of course and why not walk some cute pups. I work with kids during the day, but I am available to take care of dogs from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on weekdays. I can also help for date nights or while you are traveling. On weekends, I am flexible and available around 4:00 pm to late evening. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with my partner, but I am also happy to come to your home to care for your dog. I can take your dog for walks around my neighborhood, which has several nearby parks. I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether they are at my place or yours.

Our beloved Italian greyhound, London, was managing an immune-mediated health condition that worsened before going into kidney failure in the days leading up to her stay with Lynn. We were still hoping that she would recover until the morning of her drop-off, but sadly, she didn't make it, and we had to say goodbye to her on March 6th. We didn't expect a refund, and we were at the vet's office when I texted Lynn to cancel and inform her of London's passing.
