“This was our first time using Rover and Juliana’s service, and we were nervous, like leaving a first grader at day care for the first time! We met with Juliana way before our boarding and the meet and greet went very well and Jin Jin was already comfortable around her and at the backyard. Juliana was very calm and friendly, very gentle and I immediately felt that Jin Jin would be comfortable as she is very anxious with noise and prefers a quiet environment. Jin Jin stayed with Juliana and her mother for over a week and we got photos and updates and Juliana was responsive to my questions. When Jin Jin got home, she acted all normal and the experience with boarding didn’t traumatize her and I could tell that she enjoyed the time at Juliana’s. We had a wonderful first stay boarding our senior dog with Von Marie! We did a meet and greet at a nearby park and she took a long of time and attention to really know our dog's preferences and schedule. She sent us frequent updates and photos. Our pup had some tummy upset while at her house but she was communicative and put us at ease while we were away. We will be using her again later this summer and know our pup is in caring hands!
Katelyn and Daniel are absolutely amazing! They really saved the day! To cut a long story short, my original dog sitter, whom I had booked months in advance for my trip, canceled on Leela at the last minute. When she met Leela, she said Leela was barking too much and that her apartment situation wasn't suitable for a vocal dog like Leela. My husband and I rushed to find another sitter and found Katelyn. We reached out to her about our upcoming trip and asked if they could take care of Leela for a week. We were completely honest with them about Leela’s behavior and boarding requirements, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They met Leela and inquired about any specific concerns or instructions I had for her care. Katelyn and Daniel really put my mind at ease while my husband and I were away. We received daily updates from them, and Leela really took a liking to them, which was a pleasant surprise since she can be quite picky about who she likes. Katelyn and Daniel are genuinely nice, responsible, and caring individuals. I will definitely be reaching out to Katelyn and Daniel again!

We felt very comfortable leaving our puppy with Shan. Her and her family clearly love dogs and sent us many pictures and videos throughout the stay. Our puppy seemed well adjusted when we picked him back up! We plan to have our puppy stay with Shan again when we need a sitter for our fur baby.
Piper and Juno had a fantastic week being cared for by Lisa and Gracie, Juno’s new best friend! Both our dogs were cared for like family, and Lisa shared many pictures and kept us up-to-date throughout the week. This was the second time we booked with Jinay, which tells you how satisfied we were with her services. I don’t know what Jinay does with our dog, but Cersi has been like a happy and excited puppy again both times she’s stayed with her. She loves Jinay! Happy dog, happy owner!
I didn't think I would ever be able to trust anyone with my tripod. Emma and her husband were great with Cersei. Cersei immediately attached to them like she knew them forever. They did everything possible to make her feel right at home, as well as ease my mind with constant photo updates, and soothe her upset stomach (which probably came from her separation anxiety). I will definitely be using them again if I ever need someone to sit my fur baby.
