He even took the time to schedule a video call and a meet and greet before I booked, which made me feel even more comfortable leaving my standard poodle, Max, in his care. Throughout Max’s stay, Aritra kept me updated with videos and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Max was happy, well cared for, and enjoying his time with him. Elle is the best dog sitter we could ever ask for. We are so happy we found her. She loves Kiki like she was her own. Elle sends us daily pictures and communicates with us constantly. She is very good at what she does. We will be using her again in the very near future.

We’ve used Ning multiple times to care of Oreo, and every time has been excellent. She sends lots of photos and updates, which gives us great peace of mind while we’re away. Oreo was recently prescribed medication, and Ning did a fantastic job making sure he took it. Thanks again Ning! 🫶🏻

I just love the way she cared for my pet Dusty, it was his first time with her and she managed it. In the Beginning he was a little difficult at the end he improved greatly I could see the changes in him at home. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I would consider her again.

Mehnaz was the absolute best. We had to be out of town and with only a couple days notice, Mehnaz was available and took excellent care of Chi-Chi. Chi-Chi was very nervous to be away from the family and Mehnaz was able to calm her down and relate to her very fast. We were also late picking her up due to the long distance we were driving and unforeseen traffic conditions, Mehnaz was very accommodating and understanding. We really appreciate how well Mehnaz took care of Chi Chi.

Amy was such an amazing caretaker for Apollo! We needed someone to watch him during a long trip, and since he had never stayed with her before, she generously offered not one, but two meet-and-greets. The first was to meet us and Apollo, and the second allowed him to get comfortable in her home before his stay. From the very beginning, Amy was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. Her family was just as excited to have Apollo and made him feel right at home. She took the time to listen to all of our instructions and learn about Apollo’s preferences, and she truly embraced having him as part of her family while we were away. Throughout his stay, she kept me updated with pictures and messages about how he was eating, sleeping, adjusting, and whether he seemed anxious. Her communication was excellent, and she was always so accommodating and thoughtful. Apollo was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for, which gave me so much peace of mind while traveling. I trusted Amy completely and would absolutely have Apollo stay with her again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, reliable, and communicative sitter!

This was the first time I've left my 2 reactive dogs with anyone. I was super nervous. I am so glad I found Anamika! She and family were terrific with my girls. Anamika provided updates daily and answered any questions I had. Drop off and pickup went smoothly. She even accommodated me picking them up a few hours early when I got back home. I finally found someone I can trust with these two.... planning my next trip now :-)

Jancid was amazing!! I strongly recommend her services. She is very genuine, and very caring when it came to welcoming my pup in her home. She went above and beyond, and took great care of my dog. She is communicative, and sent pictures and videos of him throughout the boarding experience.

Vanessa extremely communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos which I love! Her and her partner took my baby out in the woods for walks and followed all of my instructions carefully. They are also right near JFK, so they are an easy drop off/pickup when you’re traveling through there! Your dog will certainly get lots of affection with them

This was my first time using Rover and working with this team. I am happy to say I had a great experience. I had to travel for a week and I am happy to say that all my nerves were gone when I received updates (pictures and videos) of my dog and when I constantly got immediate responses from the team through text. When I picked up Churro, he still had his spirit as if I never left. Thank you for caring for him.

I have to say I was worried to leave my baby behind but Vanessa made this experience so great that I can’t wait to leave my baby with her again. She kept me updated with messages and pics. My baby had the time of her life and I can’t wait for her to see her little doggy friends again.

Crystal was a great sitter! She took awesome care of our baby. We received constant updates, cute pictures and videos the whole week. We felt very safe leaving our pup in her hands. Soho had a great time!
