“It was my first time leaving Cotton with a sitter after a couple of years so I was not sure if he will adjust to being in a foreign environment with strangers however after the first update and pictures I could see that Margarita is a friendly and caring sitter and he was at ease. I received frequent updates and pictures as details on how he was behaving. I will highly recommend Margarita & Christian when considering to leave your furry friend they will be in a safe environment and will be well taken care of. Communication from beginning to end was great and I will definitely use their service in the future.”

“Sherry and Walter were absolutely amazing! This was the first time we had ever left our cat, Romeo, with anyone, and from the very beginning they made us feel completely at ease knowing our baby was in such good hands. Romeo warmed up to them right away and quickly felt right at home, which was such a huge relief for us. They watched him for 15 days while we were away on our honeymoon and sent us daily updates, which we really appreciated. Romeo is extremely social and loves attention, and Sherry and Walter gave him plenty of love and affection throughout his stay. We are so grateful to have found them and will absolutely be reaching out again the next time we go away. Leaving your dog with anyone is super nerve-racking and can give you a lot of anxiety, but when I tell you that all of my anxiety and nervousness went away instantly when me and my dog Tyson met Michelle and Michael. Tyson immediately fell in love with them you can tell he was so happy to meet them, it’s almost as if he already knew them. It’s something about their energy and presence. It’ll be a blessing for your dog to stay with them. Tyson is a 75 pound mostly pitbull/Labrador, so of course with our size dogs we’re always a little more nervous and worried if dog sitters are going to take care of your dog the way you want them to and I can say that Michael and Michelle went above and beyond, they sent me pictures and updated me how he was doing daily. And when I picked up Tyson, he was at peace, He didn’t have any anxiety. He was really calm and happy. You can tell that he had a great stay and was well taken care of. I will highly recommend Michelle and Michael. Also their home is super clean ! Thank you again for the awesome service and for showing all the love to my boy while I was away. Tyson will be back.
I’m so grateful for Monica! Ice Bear unfortunately got sick during her stay, and Monica was so sweet and attentive throughout the whole situation. She even took Ice Bear to the vet and made sure she was getting the care she needed. She kept me updated with detailed messages, which I really appreciated, especially since I was away and couldn’t be there myself. It really meant a lot knowing Ice Bear was with someone who genuinely cared about her well being. Monica went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for someone better to look after Ice Bear. Josh was a wonderful sitter for my senior girl, Lucy! Like most dogs, especially older dogs, she has her quirks and he was able to handle it all. He was very responsive the whole time and easy to coordinate and work with. I didn’t have to worry too much about whether she was in good hands when I was away. I would gladly rebook with Josh!
Kristi took such wonderful care of my dogs while I was away on my trip! When I returned, both of my dogs were happy, clean, well-fed, and clearly very well cared for. She went above and beyond by taking them on daily walks, bringing them to the park, and even taking my Chihuahua on a little adventure to Brooklyn! She also kept me updated with photos throughout my trip, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that my dogs were comfortable, happy, and genuinely loved while in her care. Shehzad and his wife were wonderful with our dog Rosie, and we'd book them again in a heartbeat. At our meet and greet, they showed us around their apartment and the building, took time to get to know Rosie, and asked questions about her routine and personality. While we were away, they sent photos, videos, and updates. On our return day, our flight was delayed and traffic was heavy, so we arrived much later than planned. They were incredibly patient and understanding. When we picked Rosie up, they filled us in on how she'd done during her stay. They genuinely care about the dogs they look after. Highly recommended!
My senior frenchie had a great time with Bruno and Victoria’s family! They kept me updated with a ton of photos and updates (my dog needs to take 4 medications a day and needs some extra attention due to her medical issues). They have a really nice space, Bambi was almost always around someone, and I had zero worries while I was on the west coast for 6 days.
Jessica was INCREDIBLE with our senior dog Frida! We had more than a few unexpected changes before boarding and she was super flexible and helpful through it all. She also went out of her way to accommodate Frida while she was there, arranging and providing everything she might need, and giving Frida her medication daily. Jessica also sent multiple pictures throughout the week, which was great and kept us relaxed and happy knowing she was in loving hands. We’ll definitely book with her again!
Not sure where to begin.. Irina is AMAZING! She was so caring of my dog, so attentive and kind. Provided me with constant updates throughout each day with lots of fun photos and videos. Genuinely went above and beyond from every aspect. When I got my dog back he was super clean, healthy, happy and smiling which even moreso tells me he really enjoyed his stay with her.
