Highly professional, great at communication, punctual, and so caring for the needs of each of my cats. She left me lots of photos and really went above and beyond by scooping litter and cleaning up all of the messes they made. She let me know exactly what was going on each time she dropped in and I was impressed when she told me how she handles meeting spicy or nervous cats (a couple of mine are!)
