Whether you work from home, go on a work trip, vacation, or just need to get the house I can make sure that your pet and I bond and I gain your trust and theirs. One thing I understand more is the bond between you and your furry friend. Your home is where your pet feels safe and will rely on me to cater to the same needs you give them whether it’s the perfect ratio of wet and dry food or a special toy that must be kept close and being a pet in that special spot behind the ears. I will make sure to always give an up-to-date summary about feeding times, cute pictures of naps, playtime, and every bark or meow so you never miss out. You will never miss a cute moment or feel left out in their experience. It’s also up to you and your fluffy friend's decision on how we spend the day at home, or the park, or in pet-friendly spaces. I think the hardest thing is having fun and feeling guilty that they are just stuck at home and I am here to help with that. What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience and dedication to give your pet more personalized experience one on one. I will make sure I capture their day giving you an inclusive itinerary with pictures to keep from your furry friends’ journey. I work full-time just for you taking care of furry loved ones. It's not just a job for me because I get the best company a new fluffy friend. Your home is your safe place and your pets' safe place and should be treated with upmost respect, care, and consciousness of your fellow housemates. Having a stranger in your home can be unnerving which is why I recommend the following; safe access for your pet and me in and out of the apartment, fellow housemates or doorman or neighbors notified of my presence, a pet cam, a safety crate, or playpen. Also, I recommend a pet cam so you can check in with both of us. I also recommend a blanket or clothing with your scent to help emotionally comfort your pet.

About: I've been exposed to dogs/cats of all sizes and ages all my life! However, there are three fur buddies that take a special place in my heart. The first is Brave, the white Maltese pictured, who I rescued during a difficult time in my life. I had just recently lost my job and was pretty depressed, but saving her gave me hope again. She had been clearly abused by her previous owner and it took a lot of trust for her to allow me to take her in. I, unfortunately, was not able to adopt her due to my circumstances at the time, but I was able to bring her to a shelter where she was treated/rehabilitated and eventually adopted. The 2nd fur buddy is my family's dog Sparky, the brown poodle mix pictured. Sparky is spoiled but super-loving and very protective over her loved ones. I occasionally take her with me for a few weeks at a time to give her a mini-vacation from my family's home. Lastly, similarly to Brave, I took in another abused dog, Chyna. Chyna was found by my brother severely malnourished and on the brink of death. He had to go away for work so she was left in my care. She stayed with me for about a total of 3 weeks where I had to support her every move. When her bloodwork came back, it was discovered that she had cancer that had already metastasized. It explained why she lost the will to live, but I'm forever thankful that in her last few weeks, I was able to bring her comfort. The family has had Sparky, now 7 yrs old, since she was a puppy, and Brave and Chyna were both senior dogs. No matter what breed or age, dogs never cease to amaze me. I truly feel that Brave and Chyna were angels sent from above to help me remember to have compassion for all people and things in this world. I feel that it's my calling to work with animals so hopefully, your pet will be next in my journey :) I WFH so I'm home most of the time. I have a pretty consistent routine, don't go out much unless it's to get necessities and to exercise. I have a very spacious apartment. My living room alone, pictured, is over 250 Sq ft. I live less than 5 mins from Forest Park so there's plenty of outdoor space for your dog to roam and catch sunlight. Also, plenty of fur buddies in my building and at the park in case your dog likes to socialize with other dogs.

About: I grew up with dogs and I have been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember. Currently I have a dog of my own and I love her so much! I have trained her when she was a puppy and have been taking care of her since. I currently work from home, so I will have plenty of time to take care of dogs during the weekdays, and I am also available during the weekend. When in my home, or in my client’s home, I will keep a very close eye on the pets. I will try my best to prevent any dangerous behavior or activities.

“I was going out of town for an extended vacation and I couldn't bring my Mocha. I had booked arrangements for Mocha to stay with a sitter but they cancelled unexpectedly. Frantically I began looking for someone who would be able to look after her, keep her safe, someone reliable, who will maintain her two walks and two meals schedule as well as give her lots of loves .. that's when I came accross Jasmine. Jasmine was all of the above, she was incredibly friendly, understanding, flexiable and loving towards my baby, best of all Mocha took to Jasmine right away. I provided Jasmine with Mochas schedule, her favorite toys ect and our arrangement worked out perfectly! Jasmine sent me photos of their adventures, she kept to Mochas schedule, and spoiled her an aweful lot, which was more than I could have expected. Mocha didn't miss me one bit! Jasmine really made us a lifetime customer and great friend, I couldn't have asked for a better turnout. :)”

About: I've loved dogs my whole life. Now I have 3 of my own! And I take care of others. I have much experience with both puppies and senior dogs. I'm currently working from home and do dog sitting and walking on the side. I take the dogs on a long walk every day at Prospect Park, which is just down the street from my apartment. My dogs are calm and like other dogs. I have a fenced yard and take the dogs on long walks in the park. I am comfortable with complex feeding routines and medical attention.
