“If I could give Xiaoying 6 stars out of 5 I would!! She met me same day for a meet and greet which was so helpful as I unexpectedly had to fly out for a family emergency. My cat is recovering from a medical condition and Xiaoying provided dozens of pictures and even brought a cat safe chicken soup for my cat since she wasn't eating. Medication instructions were followed and I had no worries knowing Xiaoying was watching my cat!”

“Eleni was WONDERFUL with my 2 cats!!! I will definitely be hiring her again!!! Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”

“Marcela did a wonderful job walking Beau and following instructions as he's still a puppy and training to walk. There is another puppy she walks in the apartment, but although we offered that she could walk Beau together with that puppy, she stated that she preferred to give each dog individual attention, which we were surpised by and appreciated. She took a lot of photos and videos, and we'd gladly ask Marcela to walk Beau again!”
