I took off a few weeks of work but due to the added costs I needed to return back to work in order to continue caring for her and treatments. I truly feel like she made all my worries go away upon returning to works All her visits were well documented (she sent me lots of pictures and videos of play time sessions, medicines given, the food and water put out, and she always stayed for longer than booked for and I never came home to a mess. It was evident to me that she was treating my babies like they were her own. From phone calls to texts to in App updates Katie is truly a delight to work with and I can’t recommend her services enough to anyone looking for their pets to receive the same level of love and care that mine got from Katie. “Eleni was WONDERFUL with my 2 cats!!! I will definitely be hiring her again!!! Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”
