About: Fun fact: my profile picture is of me and Panda 🐼, the first fur baby I ever took care of for a family friend when I was 12! I am someone who has always grown up around animals including dogs, cats, turtles, and birds. I’ve always had a desire to take care of them, so much that at one point I wanted to go to veterinary school. Although I decided to switch to nursing, being able to take care of the adoring pets of others is something that I’d love to keep as my hobby. I’ll make sure to love your pet the same way I loved the ones I grew up with. All in all, I get to distress from school, and they can get all the cuddles and play in the world. It’s a win win! About: I am an animal lover living in Ridgewood. I grew up with cats my entire life. I also raised a basset hound named Sandor. I am kind and compassionate, willing to do overnights, drop-ins, and walks with your pets. Establishing trust with an animal and allowing them to adjust to your presence is one of the most important parts of the process. I have been caring for neighbors pets for years and walked dogs professionally in Manhattan. I’m available for walks and drop-ins during the weekdays also overnights if you’re going out of town for a week or more. I love pets. Rachel could not have been a better pet sitter for my dog and cat! I was out of town for 4 nights and she was so communicative throughout my whole trip, replying so fast and sending great daily recaps and photos. It made me feel so much better especially since my dog can be quirky and anxious. Rachel understood her so quickly and adjusted to her so well! I could tell she is very natural taking care of pets!
May is terrific! I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. Penny and Zelda loved Leigh-Anna! Very glad to have been able to leave for a week and feel like they were in good hands. We got lots of photos and the girls seemed very comfortable with her. Definitely happy to keep her in the mix for the next time we go out of town.

Saifa is incredibly communicative and detail oriented. I have two reactive 1 year old dogs and they liked her immediately, which is rare for them. She carefully followed all instructions including separating their food and their walks to ensure they didn’t pull too much, and she sent photos every hour! I highly recommend her, she’s great with animals, reliable, and takes great care to do a wonderful job.
Vanessa came for a trial before the real booking that I need her for,for three days. So far, she did a great job. She stayed with Onyx for two hours and he is a very high maintenance dog. He has a lot of energy and barks a lot. He was definitely trying to hump her too lol. With all that,she kept her cool and tried the different things that I said to calm him. He ended up laying down next to her. She sat with him on the floor, which I appreciated. She fed him and gave him freshwater. My house was left the same way I left it.
