Hey there! I have lived in NYC most of my life, and have been caring and loving dogs since 2004. I am an active performer who is looking for additional income. I am looking to help the busy people of this city feel at ease when they need to leave their dogs for any length of time. I have experience in training, so if those services are needed we can discuss it further. I am a former employee of Handy Cleaning Services and Taskrabbit, and am accustomed to taking care of other people's things. I am a musical theatre teacher in the UES. I am there from 8 am to 3:45 pm on weekdays. I also teach privately online. I find all pets to make excellent co-workers, and my meetings and voice lessons are made better by their presence. I make the process as seamless as possible for your pet. As a newcomer, I go at their pace as they get to know me.

Since I will be coming to you, my way of caring involves lots of cuddles and playtime. I do adapt and move at your pets’ pace as far as interacting goes. I abide by any rules you have set in place. And will always reach out if I have any questions. I usually clean your space on the last day. That includes anything from a surface wipe down to laundering any linens I used. Happy to give your pup a bath at the end of a stay as well. Again, all of this comes down to your preferences.

2nd time booking with Lauren! We went away on our honeymoon to Europe and needed someone to watch our shy dog Axel for most of the trip. She not only took excellent care of Axel but he adored her by the end! So grateful for her. Will definitely rebook!

Lauren is simply the best and our sitter of choice! Our animals sit by the door when she leaves 🤣. They never want to see her go!! There is nothing better than knowing your pets are with someone they love while you are away!! She is the greatest!
Lauren is the absolute best! We got stuck while traveling because of the storm and she ended up staying with our animals for week!! Amazing!! Schedule
I work at a school in the UES during weekdays on a flexible schedule- meaning some days I only work half a day. I am able to provide morning and evening care, as well as lots of playtime and snuggles.
