About: Fun fact: my profile picture is of me and Panda 🐼, the first fur baby I ever took care of for a family friend when I was 12! I am someone who has always grown up around animals including dogs, cats, turtles, and birds. I’ve always had a desire to take care of them, so much that at one point I wanted to go to veterinary school. Although I decided to switch to nursing, being able to take care of the adoring pets of others is something that I’d love to keep as my hobby. I’ll make sure to love your pet the same way I loved the ones I grew up with. All in all, I get to distress from school, and they can get all the cuddles and play in the world. It’s a win win! I’ll also make sure to keep you updated with pictures and videos so you can rest assured that they’ll be in good hands :) I am currently a full-time nursing student, with all of my classes being on Tuesdays. About: I am an animal lover living in Ridgewood. I grew up with cats my entire life. I also raised a basset hound named Sandor. I am kind and compassionate, willing to do overnights, drop-ins, and walks with your pets. Establishing trust with an animal and allowing them to adjust to your presence is one of the most important parts of the process. I have been caring for neighbors pets for years and walked dogs professionally in Manhattan. I’m available for walks and drop-ins during the weekdays also overnights if you’re going out of town for a week or more. I love pets. I had one pet live with me for 14 years and am well versed in the unique needs of senior pets, including special diets, medication administration, and gentle exercise routines to keep them comfortable and healthy. I also have a solid understanding of animal behavior and training techniques, which helps me handle both puppies and senior dogs effectively. I can assist with basic obedience training and socialization of puppies, making sure they develop good habits early on. On the other hand, open communication with pet owners, giving them updates and being responsive to any specific instructions or concerns, is very important. I currently work part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your puppies. I'm available for boarding, walks, or visits on weekends anytime and weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. I would be very happy to care for and spend time with your pets. Evelyn was great with our Luna. We've booked with her twice, and she's left the house in great condition and seems to have kept Luna entertained both times. Luna is temperamental at best with newcomers, but Evelyn softened Luna up almost immediately. Would absolutely recommend her, especially for animals that need a quieter person

Erik is amazing! He is very attentive to our Toby and Toby adores him! We also had a last minute emergency as the charity walk we do every year was suddenly changed to a new location that does not allow dogs and we had no one to watch our puppy who has not trained to be alone yet so he came to our rescue and for that we are very, very grateful. He was great with TOBY. He walked him. He played with him and he fed him. He was very attentive. I highly recommend Erik!
