“Ethan is absolutely wonderful! He stayed with my dog while I was out of town for four nights. When I left, my dog was taking an antibiotic that made him lose his appetite. By the time I got home my dog’s appetites was even better than before and he had gained some much needed weight (I had been trying for about a year to get him to gain weight)! Ethan even was sure to clean up my apartment (I.e, swiffered, took out trash, vacuumed) before I came home, which was unnecessary but sooooo appreciated! While they don’t live with us they visit us often and they are very friendly, so if they happen to be over during your pups stay, that just means more friends to play with! I am currently a nursing student in my last semester and my husband works in sales! So one of the biggest perks of booking with us is that our schedules are flexible. At least one of us is always home. So your pup will have constant companionship, potty breaks and plenty of belly rubs thought the day. We also have a large fully fenced yard that’s perfect for zoomies or a game of fetch! We want you to have total peace of mind when you book with us, so we offer meet and greets prior to booking, as well as regular updates, photos and videos of all the fun your dog is having. We can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! Seamlessly because we are home based and flexible. Between the two of us, your dog will have constant supervision and a routine tailored to their needs! We live in a fully fenced home so your pup has full access to a safe fenced yard for supervised play of course. Because Brandon and I are home, your pup gets a perfect balance of activity and rest. We follow your specific feeding and medications to a T (we know how important this is) and we love to provide plenty of belly rubs and cuddles on the couch. We keep a tidy dog proofed home and we keep fresh water available at all times!! We are a team that’s big on communication so you’ll receive daily updates with photos and videos so you can see exactly what your baby is up to. If your dog enjoys company, we love to facilitate play, if they are on the shyer more timid side and prefer one on one time, we can accommodate for that as well.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats since I was a child, and I can’t imagine life without them! Over the years I’ve cared for pets of all sizes and personalities — Skye terriers, Scottish terriers, a Bernese mountain dog, and now my family’s two rescues: Choco (mixed breed) and Chip (giant schnauzer). I helped raise Choco from day one after her rescue during COVID, so I have plenty of experience with training, routine care, and giving pets a safe space to thrive. Along with my own pets, I’ve cared for neighbors’, friends’, and family members’ dogs and cats — walking, feeding, bathing, and even cooking home meals for them when needed. I also grew up with three cats (Munchie, Mickey, and Ago) so I’m comfortable providing gentle and attentive care to cats as well as dogs. Special skills: I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, rescues, and pets with different temperaments. I’m patient, consistent, and comfortable with a variety of routines and training needs. I’m a 24 years old and currently a Clinical Psychology PhD student at Adelphi University, so I just have classes Monday-Wednesday and the rest of the week is pretty open. I make sure pets get plenty of playtime, potty breaks, and walks. I’m available throughout the week for drop-ins, daycare at your home, and walks. I just ask for at least one day’s notice before confirming bookings. I currently do not board or do day care at my own house. I can provide potty breaks every 3-5 hours, and dogs are welcome to cuddle with me on the couch or even in bed if that’s what they’re used to at home. I believe pets should feel comfortable, loved, and secure so I adapt to their individual needs, whether that means structured walks, active play, or quiet snuggle time.

About: I have been around dogs for most of my life, having owned two dogs from ages 6-20, and I have since gained hands-on experience caring for pets with a wide range of personalities, ages and needs. I’ve pet sat for both cats and dogs, including caring for four cats and two dogs at once, managing litter boxes, wet and dry food routines, playtime and plenty of attention and affection. I also have experience administering oral medications and eye drops to dogs. One experience especially that sets me apart is caring for a Catahoula Leopard dog who was paralyzed in her hind legs, which involved expressing her bladder and assisting with her mobility alongside caring for another dog in the home. I’m comfortable with puppies as well, having provided drop-in care for a golden retriever at both 3 months and 6 months old, as well as extended dog and house sitting for a 2-year old golden retriever. Across my pet-sitting experience, I’ve provided regular walks, baths, light grooming, feeding, playtime and lots of one-on-one attention. I understand every pet has their own routine, personality, and level of care, and I’m comfortable providing everything from my everyday companionship to more hands-on care for pets with special needs. My current schedule is very flexible, as I am studying full-time for the MCAT and create my own study schedule each week. I attend MCAT prep classes on Sunday and Tuesday evenings, but outside of those times, I can easily plan my studying around your pet’s needs. This gives me flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, playtime, and extended care throughout the week. I’m happy to work with each pet owner to maintain the routine that works best for their pet! I understand that trusting someone with both your pet and your home is a big responsibility. I have experience house sitting and pet sitting for many families, and I always treat each home with the same care and respect I would want someone to show my own. I carefully follow any instructions you provide regarding your pet’s routine, safety, feeding, medications, and household needs. My only request is to be shown where basic cleaning supplies are kept (accidents happen, and that’s completely normal!). I want you to come home to a space that is just as clean, if not cleaner, than when you left it, and most importantly, to a pet who has been safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
