She watched my dog in my home for me during the day as my pup is struggling with some separation anxiety that I am working on slowly desensitizing. I needed to be out of the house for a long period of time and needed someone trusting and caring to stay with her. Tracey responded to my request quickly and was very communicative. She patiently answered my anxious-new-dog-mom check-in questions throughout the day, and took the time to send me photos and video. I was worried about leaving her for the first time and Tracey made me feel calm and secure that she was in good hands. I will definitely reach out to Tracey again in the future and highly recommend you work with her!”

“I was incredibly hesitant to leave my dog behind for a long weekend, Mandel sensed that, and helped me by being attentive during our conversation, patient and helpful when I was having anxiety about leaving, and sending pictures after I left that provided me a sigh of relief. Mandel took amazing care of my dog and home. He communicated often throughout the engagement, insured medicine was given, walks were taken, and met with me beforehand to walk me through all the need-to-know practices and processes that I would've forgot to mention and ensured a seamless experience. My dog definitely misses Mandel and we're both grateful for his help. We'll be rovering with Mandel from now on!”

We were so nervous to leave our 2 needy dogs and two cats for the weekend, knowing their “instruction manual” is lengthy and complicated but Tedy set our hearts and minds at ease immediately. She was so sweet and easy to communicate with leading up to our booking and all throughout! She’s an angel and a complete professional who seems to have connected with each of us (both animals and people!) right from the first meeting. Everything was a total success as she quickly identified and understood everyone’s unique quirks and kept the circus running smoothly in our absence.
