“I dropped off Niko and Rumi at his place and honestly had a great experience. He took really good care of them and kept me in the loop the whole time, like sending updates when they were fed and just how they were doing in general. Niko is usually very anxious and hides around new people, but he actually got comfortable with him, which says a lot. Both Niko and Rumi seemed super settled, almost like it was their second home. At one point Niko puked a hairball (which is normal for him), but he handled it well and kept me updated every few hours, and even followed up the next day and after meals. I really appreciated that. Overall, I wouldn’t think twice about booking again.”
