ET was patient, kind, and caring with my bulldog Ziggy, who's getting a bit stubborn with age. She was super communicative about his food, walks, and small health issues, and left my apartment immaculately clean. Ziggy and I highly recommend ET for all of your dog (and pet) sitting needs.
Tenzin is absolutely amazing - a hero and a lifesaver, truly can't say enough good things. She took care of two high-needs dogs (one is a a senior dog with multiple medical issues, the other has severe separation anxiety) while I was out of the country for a week. The older dog developed new symptoms just a few days before I left, and I almost canceled the trip, but Tenzin's experience and competence made me feel secure enough to go, and she kept up a constant flow of information and photos, so I knew the pups were well and happy!
Annie was great! She sent us pictures everyday that helped us know Heinz was being taken care of, and always made us happy since we missed him while we were away. Heinz is a very nervous dog and takes awhile to warm up to people, but after about a day, he was asking Annie for belly rubs, a sign he fully trusts someone. We would be very lucky to have Annie watch Heinz again.
Karina was so fantastic watching our dog, Junie, for 10 days while we were out of town. Junie takes a bit to warm up to new people, so Karina came by twice beforehand to get to know Junie, and she quickly warmed up to Karina who is calm, patient, and kind. While we were away, we had peace of mind that Junie was in good hands and Karina proactively texted us with pictures and updates on Junie every day. Karina is extremely reliable and she left our house as clean as we had left it.
My husband and I used Rover for the first time during a trip to Europe, and we were lucky enough to find Kassidy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! She went above and beyond to make sure our two cats were comfortable and well cared for, including daily playtime and even handling an unexpected bathroom cleanup. One of our cats is quite shy, but she came out of her shell much more than we would typically expect, while our more outgoing cat simply adored Kassidy—cuddles and all! I’m also a pretty anxious cat mom, and Kassidy did everything possible to put us at ease. She responded to every message right away, followed all of our instructions, offered to do more than was required, and sent detailed daily updates and photos of BOTH cats without us ever having to ask. We felt completely confident that they were safe, happy, and receiving plenty of attention while we were away. We will absolutely be booking Kassidy again in the future and couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking for a thoughtful, responsible, and genuinely caring pet sitter. THANK YOU, KASSIDY!!!
I have an very elderly dog who has a few medications to manage and an appetite that comes and goes. MintZhet was excellent about not only taking care of my pup but keeping me updated and informed of how he was doing on a regular basis. It can be stressful to leave an aging dog with a new sitter, but I will definitely be asking MintZhet back to take care of my boy.
Shriya was an amazing cat sitter! She stayed at my apartment for about a week and gave detailed updates everyday and sent lots of pictures and videos throughout the day! My cat immediately became comfortable with her. She was also so neat and left the place cleaner than before. Would definitely recommend and rebook!
