About: Hi! I'm an artist/educator living in Sunnyside, Queens who adores all animals. I have a cat myself, named Lemon, who I adore. I've taken care of a multitude of pets through Rover. Additionally, I have cared for my past roommates cats every time she travels and have grown up taking care of cats. I have also cared for several friends' cats while they are away. Growing up, my family had two cats which I fed, played with, and still hold very dear to me. Tending to the cats needs comes very naturally to me, I connect with almost every cat I encounter, even ones that I've been told are not "people cats"! I'm currently working as a teaching artist, adjunct instructor, and choreographer. My schedule offers moderate flexibility leaving me free to stop by and care for your pets! Reach out if you are wondering if my schedule will allow me an opening to care for your pet- I can likely work with your needs. I'm very detail oriented and make sure there is plenty of room for the pet to express, rest, and play! I know it's very important to engage with the animals actively and I love doing so. It's important for me to give them all the attention they need and comfort them while their loved ones may be away.

About: I'm a very gentle, responsible, and hardworking pet-sitter. I've taken care of dogs and cats of all sorts of sizes and breeds. I currently live with a pet and have lived with pets in the past while taking care of them. I also know basic grooming if you need help with that as well! I mostly stay home from Friday to Monday, so I can provide services over long weekends. I also come home from work around 5pm from Tuesday to Thursday, so I can provide services after 5pm then. I'm physically active, so I can also play with high-energy dogs. I live in a safe neighborhood with a spacious apartment. My roommate has an adorable miniature dachshund, Koko. Koko is extremely well-behaved and well-socialized. If your pet were to stay with me, she/he would be very safe and comfortable.

About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 8. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to check in with, feed and play with their pets :) I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays after 10am. I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their own environment. I follow the owner’s routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. I also keep the home clean and send regular updates with photos.

I’m good at caring for cats and dogs of different personalities and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I understand that every pet has their own routine and needs, so I’m happy to follow feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication instructions, and any special care they require. I’m also very attentive to changes in a pet’s behavior and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your furry family member is in good hands. My schedule is fairly flexible, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets. I’m especially flexible during weekdays and can usually accommodate different schedules with advance notice. I treat every pet with the same care and attention I would give my own. In my client’s home, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, fresh water, litter box care, walks, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. I’m respectful of your home and always make sure everything is clean and secure before I leave. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away.

About: I raised a Pomeranian who lived until 12 years old and passed away last year. His name was Wolph and he truly taught me how to be a loving parent who shows patience, responsibility, and genuine care. I'd love to get active with your pet and give them the attention they deserve. I fostered two dogs in the past year and have dog-sat for friends and family for the last 8 years. I am a part-time student at the moment and doing part-time work remotely. Most of the week I am home besides the occasional groceries and whatnot. I also have a roommate who is also a responsible pet-owner back at home. My apartment space is spacious with a big living room space. The apartment building itself has two levels of security and is very pet-friendly with a bathing station. I have fostered dogs at my current apartment and had no issues.

About: I got Mikan as a puppy 3 years ago and we’ve been 2 peas in a pod ever since. I also have experience pet sitting my friend’s dogs. I currently work on-site at the building I live in, and also have a 3 year old dog that will keep your pet company. About: Growing up with a beloved dog taught me early on how wonderful it is to share our lives with pets. Over the past two years, I have gained hands-on experience through pet-sitting for friends, regularly volunteering at animal shelters, and fostering three kittens who are now five months old. Caring for my foster kittens has given me valuable experience with young cats, including their daily routines, individual personalities, energy levels, and unique needs. I understand that every pet is different, and I always take the time to learn what makes each one feel comfortable and safe. I am naturally patient, attentive, and detail-oriented, and I take pride in providing a calm, loving, and reliable environment for every pet in my care. I’m currently working full time on dog & cat sitter, my schedule is pretty flexible. I’m available from 9 AM to 9 PM during the weekdays and weekends. While cat/dog sitting, I treat each pet parent’s home with the same care and respect as if it were my own. I always ensure doors and windows are secure, follow all household instructions carefully, and keep the environment safe and free of hazards for the cats. I’m mindful of potential escape risks and make sure cats/dogs remain safely indoors. Before leaving, I double-check that doors are locked and that the cats/dogs have everything they need, including clean water, food and clean litter boxes.

About: I’ve always loved spending time with dogs and cats and taking care of friends’ and family’s pets. Since we don’t have a pet of our own right now, I really enjoy being able to dedicate my time to caring for someone else’s when the opportunity comes up. Back in Germany, we regularly took care of a friend’s toy poodle and I always loved joining friends for long dog walks. My husband grew up with two Newfoundlands, so being around dogs has always been a very natural part of his life too. Since moving to New York, I’ve especially missed having a dog around and having an excuse to go on long walks. We’re both very caring and attentive and really enjoy having a dog as part of our day. We also prefer to care for one dog at a time, so your dog gets our full attention rather than having to share it with several other pets. For us, pet sitting is not just about making sure your dog is fed and walked. We want them to feel comfortable, safe and genuinely cared for while they’re with us. We’re happy to follow their usual routine, give them lots of cuddles and belly rubs if they enjoy them, and provide daily brushing if that’s something they’re used to. We’d love to become a reliable second home for your dog and give them the same kind of care and attention we would want for our own pet. I work fully from home during the week and have a fairly flexible schedule, so I can usually adapt to your dog’s routine and make time for walks, playtime and potty breaks throughout the day. My husband also works from home most of the week, so there is usually one of us around. Occasionally he travels for work and I may join him, but these trips are planned ahead and we keep our calendar updated. We would never accept a boarding stay if there was a chance we couldn’t be there for your dog. On weekends we sometimes have plans, but when we’re staying in the neighbourhood we’re also happy to take walks or board a dog, as long as we can give them the time and attention they deserve. We live in a very dog-friendly apartment building near the Queens Plaza subway station and enjoy having a calm, clean and safe home for dogs to stay in. When your dog is with us, we want them to feel at home rather than like they’re in an unfamiliar place. We’ll give them time to settle in, respect their boundaries and pay attention to what makes them comfortable. We’re also happy to keep up with little parts of their normal routine, like daily brushing, if they enjoy it or are used to it. We don’t leave dogs unattended during a boarding stay. If we have plans that would mean we couldn’t be there, we would rather decline the request than leave your dog alone.
