About: About me! Have had my cat Bo for 18 years, and also previously two Maine Coons. Currently have a second cat, Sydney, 3 years old, the second love of my life. Rescued an 11-year-old golden retriever in 2017. Have dog sat / cat sat / dog walked for family and friends for years, most recently a Rhodesian ridgeback and golden/lab mix in the West Village, and a husky/cattle dog and a chihuahua/Jack russell mix - both in Bushwick. I am reliable, friendly and easy going. I go the extra mile - not just in this but all things. I’ll do whatever in my power to care for your baby and make you feel comfortable. About: I have experience from my own family farm taking care of dogs, cats, sheep, goats, chickens, and birds. I have been trusted to care for friends pets while they are away. Love going in walks with dogs or playing indoors with cats. I work from home 3x a week and my fiancé works from home the other 2 days of the week. We never overlap. About: Hi! I'm an artist/educator living in Sunnyside, Queens who adores all animals. I have a cat myself, named Lemon, who I adore. I've taken care of a multitude of pets through Rover. About: I've always been an animal lover. At 12, I started watching my neighbors' cats and walking a golden retriever. When I was 14, my family got a (slightly troublesome) Portuguese water dog, and I now have an energetic cat named Linus at home, both of which formed me into a very careful pet owner. Easiest 5-star review I’ve ever made! Deserving of 10+ stars. Christian was amazing with my dog Shiloh! He was always here on time for her walks, very communicative throughout the whole process, and was very professional. I can tell he genuinely loves animals and wants to provide the best care for someone’s pet. For someone who has an anxious dog like myself, it’s hard to not worry a bit when you’re out of town - but with Christian I quickly realized I was in good hands. I would completely trust him taking care of my dog anytime. I Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to find someone they can trust with their pet. I will definitely be requesting Christian again for the next time I need to go out of town!
Erika has been wonderful with Matisse, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Matisse is a very shy dog, so I really appreciated that Erika suggested a meet & greet before his first walk. It was clear right away how comfortable she is with dogs and how she truly cares about them. I knew that Matisse would be in great hands. I was anxious on their first day together, but Erika was thoughtful and kept me posted throughout the walk. The moment I received her first message saying that Matisse had greeted her at the door with kisses, I stopped worrying. Her patience, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference, and I am so grateful for the care she has shown Matisse. Don't hesitate to book Erika!
