About: I am extremely aware of what kind of attention animals need, both nurturing and caring, and I am always taking care of my friends dogs and cat sitting for people. I also have owned a dog named Indy in the past. I am currently working part-time in the evening and have PLENTY of time to take care of and nurture dogs and go out of for amazing long walks and sit for them. I usually like to go on walks and runs for 30 minutes minimum. I live close to a dog park, so I like I like to play activities like play fetch and throw frisbees for them to catch. If they are friendly, I will occasionally allow them to play with another owner’s dog if the owner consents to it. And then we relax. I love to cuddle to and snuggle on the comic with dogs while watching a movie or just to give them lots of pets. I am very attentive to pets and try my best and giving them games and exercise to entertain them, while also monitoring their diets, their health, and making sure the environment is danger-proof for them so that they don’t get hurt or injure themselves. About: I'm an animal welfare professional actively building toward a career in animal behavior and training, grounded in real-world shelter experience and a deep commitment to whole-animal care. My shelter background has given me hands-on experience with high-volume intake, humane handling of anxious and behaviorally complex animals, and close collaboration with medical, admissions, and volunteer teams. There's so much misunderstood about shelter animals, and I think better public education leads to better outcomes for everyone. I do pet care full time as I train dogs and cats! I have a full house of animals with two cats, two dogs and a reptile! We enjoy an active life with walks, play and adventure although have a nice balance with rest too:) Safety is my #1 priority. I firmly believe that a trained animal is a happy animal! Every animal that comes into my care has clear expectations so everyone can thrive to the best of their ability. If at daycare, I have the ability to crate and separate dogs and I have a clean, fenced in backyard that has a doggy pool for those warm summer days!
