About: Hi l'm Christian, I have 8 years of pet experience. I own a pitbull named Zeus. So I can handle any pet situation. I've also watched my friends and family pets, and took care of them for extended periods of time. I will ensure your dog gets the proper walk and love and care it needs! As a college student home for the summer, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and consistent care throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I would follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions. I’d also make sure their home is respected and kept clean while giving their pet plenty of attention, care, and comfort

“Joshua came to walk my pups on a rainy day. This is the most difficult time to walk them as they hate rain and are shy around new people. He did great! He took them both out and checked in with me to keep me up to speed and if he had any questions. I have trouble taking them out in rainy days so 10/10 will definitely book again!”

About: About me! Have had my cat Bo for 18 years, and also previously two Maine Coons. Currently have a second cat, Sydney, 3 years old, the second love of my life. Rescued an 11-year-old golden retriever in 2017. Have dog sat / cat sat / dog walked for family and friends for years, most recently a Rhodesian ridgeback and golden/lab mix in the West Village, and a husky/cattle dog and a chihuahua/Jack russell mix - both in Bushwick. About: I’ve had pets around since I was born. As soon as I was old enough, I was always in charge of simple responsibilities like feeding, walking, and playing with my dogs. The years that I’ve spent growing up around animals has helped me anticipate how they will behave in response to certain interactions. Those experiences have allowed me to adapt to take the best and most comfortable care of every animal I encounter. I’m currently employed “on call” at a local establishment, so my schedule has many gaps. Over my summer break from college, I have lots of free time. I really enjoy walking my neighborhood and getting my steps in during my free days. Being a dog owner myself, I know how lonely and uncomfortable pets can be cooped up in the house all day during the hot summer months. I’d be more than happy to bring your pets out for a walk with me and give them love for when you arrive home. I will always best accommodate your pet while also respecting the boundaries and instructions given by you. If you have a yard or nearby park, I am willing to walk or play with your pet there as well.
